We hired this company through our insurance to remodel both of our bathrooms. After 5 weeks, the only work that had been done was an incorrect installation of a tub, and a few sheets of drywall had been put up. Communication was shady at best. No plumbing work was completed after four hours of the water being shut off. When confronted, the project manager denied any responsibility for the delays, and told us to find another plumber to do work that he had promised to do. Additionally, it took almost 10 days for him to return our house keys to us. We have been in a hotel for 2 months, on what was supposed to have been an easy job. There is drywall in our hallways and on our floor, and only the skeletons of bathrooms to be seen. We found out that our claim against them was not the only one. Our insurance also managed several other homeowners that had hired this company, only to be in the same situation as ours. Working with AC Earthworks was a nightmare. Stay far away from them.
