Everyone else pretty much said, we'll try to be careful but cant guarantee anything which wasn't comforting to hear. True to his word, he and his associate Ebe never walked on the roof and managed to use the boom lift to do the entire installation. They actually had to upgrade the boom lift from a 40 ft to a 65 ft in the middle of the project but Steve still honored the original contract price. As if that wasn't enough, we also had some old leaks on the roof that Steve was kind enough to help us with while he was up there. Its been a great experience working with Steve and honestly so refreshing to see such a good guy in the trade. I loved that at the end he said "those are our gutters now (ie mine and his) and we will be here if anything happens to them" - he truly takes ownership and pride for his craftsmanship.

Saber Roofing did an excellent job!  Ryan explained my roof-tile options and had great links to what they look like on real houses through his website.His site also provided information about the roofing process and materials. I waited for his service through winter rain & my own scheduling limitations, and it was more than worth the wait. Ryan's crew were professional, kept the site clean, repaired some rot of my 26-yr-old roof, installing new roof vents that only his company had recommended for safety & energy savings. I am very…read morehappy that I chose Saber Roofing for plenty of reasons. 1) The owner, Ryan, met with me to discuss the work and was very thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. 2) Important details were covered including adding a rain chain in a location where a downspout would have been unsightly (picture attached). Among the details, the rain chain is made of copper while the gutter is made of aluminum. Having these two metals come in contact could compromise the aluminum over time. So, Saber installed the copper rain chain with a protective barrier. 3) Their client service and sales director, Jake, was super helpful and extremely responsive to all my questions. 4) The crew was very efficient, provided high quality workmanship, and left the site spotless. 5) The gutter guards that were installed provide a really fine barrier to prevent even small debris from entering my gutters, but are easy to rinse so that fine particles can be washed through the gutters. 6) The two downspouts that were installed were matched to the color of our trim. Other companies offer limited colors or simply white downspouts, but Saber offers a wide variety. 7) Their pricing is very competitive. From end to end, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Saber Roofing.

The team did a great job and got it to pass inspection flawlessly and quickly. Thankfully, this new composite shingle roof is likely to last my lifetime but I am so impressed by Jesse and his team, that if I had any other roofs to replace or repair, I would happily give him a call.
