EXCUSE ME, I meant *line by line: 1. The 15 minutes call could have been a lot quicker if I ya'll could tell me what is included in that inspection. I dont think ya'll could have given a straight answer if your lives depended on it! 2. I was not comfortable paying the entire bill when I couldn't get a straight answer of what I was exactly paying for. However, I offered to pay half the night before and half after the work was finished. 3. If you recall, the whole point in getting a mobile mechanic was because I just started a job and I had a meeting in the morning with my director. Which I was very clear on calling ya'll back ASAP after the meeting. Ya'll agreed and decided to make the appt and set expectations that the work would be done. Saving best for last! 4. When I called afterwards to find out nothing had been done. I was scoffed at for asking, "so how do we proceed from here?" the reply, "ughhhh, were busy now." And then silence. There never was an offer to come back out later or even another day. So I think the one truth throughout the entire response from After Hours Auto ans Truck: I told them I am leaving a review of my experience. Guess they took that as a threat. When in reality my intent was to warn others of the awful experience I had with Afrer Hours Auto and Truck. If you treat people right then you wouldn't have to worry about someone leaving a review! Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long. We apologized to the employee who had already put in the work, but the owner still threatened to charge us $100 for the 15 minutes his worker spent on the job. My advice: take your business elsewhere.

I am definitely guilty of carelessly leaving my lights on overnight, draining my battery, and waking up to a dead battery before work or class, which is always unexpected and terribly annoying. I have also had a small rock fly into my car, puncturing my AC condenser, while driving on the highway, during the middle of the summer. Not fun when ya live in Phoenix Arizona. This time, I was approx. 25 miles away from home. While I was driving around the area, my car started smelling pretty funky, like, definitely off. So, I found the nearest parking area, popped the hood of my car, and clouds of chemical fumes were coming out-like, I thought my car was going to blow up, for sure. So instead of risking it, I decided getting my car towed back to my place was the best course of action because at that point I had no idea what happened, and didn't want to exacerbate the problem. So I did some googling, called around, until I found 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing. I was happy with the short wait time and super reasonable prices they quoted, so decided to make the arrangements. I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! I hope you never have to experience this, but if you do, I hope you also get the same nice lady I had.

However contacting them and requesting to pickup the vehicle which was towed from private property, and has my mothers medicine in the car they said well it was towed after our office business hours and we are closed because it's Friday you won't be able to access or pickup the vehicle until Monday morning. Any legitimate or respectable towing company offers office after hour pickups for a fee or has a way to setup an emergency office after hours service and what I got is a woman who said "sorry I can't do anything but hope that your mother will be fine until Monday morning" and hung up on me
