Worst tow service. Made me wait. Rude and I was quoted $120 for a 3 mile tow and the driver gave himself a $18 tip. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! In less than 24 hours of posting this review Alex the owner of Vigilant Recovery and Towing called me personally and rectified my complaint. He gave me a FULL REFUND of my towing cost ($138) and communicated to me the importance of his family owned business' reputation to him.
