He acted as if I was trying to steal an oil change from him. My boss asked that I make sure they put a sticker on the window as he said he didn't receive one on the last trip there. The owner/manager argued with me about the sticker. I did receive a quick oil change but a combative and unfriendly owner/manager will send us elsewhere. I cant imagine acting this way when the oil change business seems to be pretty competitive.

Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. If you own a hemi motor, flow master outlaw mufflers are definitely way to go!!! Flow master part number: 815425 of 815425s; these two different numbers illustrate short muffler and long muffler. My dodge Durango RT, you have three mufflers; two on rear, one huge suitcase resignator middle; if you choose to be quite obnoxious, change all three mufflers with both part numbers provided, but middle muffler replacement is definitely adequate, then just deleting rear mufflers adding tips; rear tips should be at least 4", and 5" fill rear spot even better.
