The owner of the company, Matthew was contacted to put a lock on an existing safe. The safe was donated to a Church by my family, who then requested an electronic lock. Being in the industry for 4 Generations, installing a lock should take no longer than 20 minutes. I was charged for two hours of labor. To be charged Two hours for a 20 minute job, I feel this company took advantage of me and anybody that they can. read more

I arranged for handle and dead bolts and re-key on two doors. Locksmith arrived but did not have correct finish to complete job. Called to have them return with correct finish locks and was told had to pay another "service call". Negotiated price of $120 to completed job discounting "service call" since didn't have correct locks on 1st visit. In fact, blamed me for not telling him - he didn't ask! Didn't show up on the Friday arranged - said thought it was to be Monday, when I called back. Came back Monday and completed work. Chipped off portion of door surface drilling hole for dead bolt - blamed door and left for me to touch up paint. Denied that we negotiated price of $120 over phone (why would he remember - he forgot what day we agreed to do the work!). Charged me for full service call. When objected - he took off $15, still paying $140 with chipped door. read more
