We fill our freezer while it was available. When traveling we grab a quick meal for breakfast (love the sweet rolls and Persiansis ) or lunch. No matter where we travel we can rely being able to buy our favorite snacks, even in our childhood hometown, Ladysmith, in the north woods. It was recently converted in the merger but didn't get a true redo. - Bathroom is pretty rickety and outdated, though surface clean - Hot bar was only half full with a chip rack pulled in front of the empty one on a travel holiday weekend - Nearly empty bakery case by 10 am on a Saturday - Staff was not friendly; no greeting or thank you or standard invite to come see them again - Soda mix was off - my boyfriend had to return his soda because it had only enough syrup for color; the flavor was straight soda water. The cashier told him that the indicator to change the bag had come on, but he thought it could go awhile longer. Is this a perfectly serviceable gas station? It is. Is it what you would expect with the Kwik Trip band? Not so much.

WITH the very knowledge staff I was ensured I had the right kind of coffee - Karuba Gold. The Karuba Gold machine was like walking into a Starbucks without the price and wait! I have used them for oil changes, exhaust system problems, and tire repairs. Most recently, since I bought an EV, I had my car towed to Seversin's after flying off the road and getting a flat tire in a snow storm. On a weekend. They talked to me on Monday, and told me to wait. Called me Tuesday and said the tire held air and didn't need to be replaced ( they could have lied and charged me for a new tire...I was totally convinced the tire was ruined). When I picked up the car, I asked, "How much?" No charge. I have had a different tire torn previously, and they replaced it within two days and charged less than $300 for the new tire and labor. These guys aren't fancy but they're honest and timely. They also allow use of their outside air hose absolutely free! You can trust them.

He is looking right at the pin pad with me. I motion him several times to wait until I've finished my transaction but he persists in his attempt to get a hand out from me. The clerk does/says nothing!! From the start I had every intention to help this guy out thinking the clerk is just giving a guy a warm place to be on a cold morning, so I gave him $5. He ends up approaching me again outside while I'm pumping gas asking for another $4. So, do you think this guy and the clerk split the money after the end of their shift?
