However, this review has been two years in the making--and I think it's important for anyone considering this company to think carefully before hiring. The good: They built the awning quickly and at a fair price. The bad: The quality of work was subpar. Within the first few months, my awning leaked. I called immediately, and although I was told someone would come, no one ever showed up. I called again when I realized the awning hadn't been properly sealed, which caused two of my lights to short out, followed by the fan I had purchased specifically for the awning. For the past two years, I've called, left voicemails, and texted multiple times. Despite promises, they never returned to fix their mistakes. In the end, I had to hire an electrician to replace the lights and another company to reseal everything. That company did an excellent job. I gave this company every chance to make things right, but they failed to follow through. What began as a great experience turned into a huge disappointment.

The sales agent Millie shows up for estimate and is very personable but once you sign with them she washes her hands of any issues you may have and directs you to the owner Willy. Willy never answers any phone calls or texts and that was even after we signed, the work was completed in 6 days with many hiccups and headaches (I was already regretting using them as we were starting). Communication is poor to say the least. The workers work maybe 4-5 hours regardless of what time they show up and leave by 4-5 pm. They would constantly bring the wrong materials and do not take care of your property. Cigarettes, debris everywhere and you have to supply them with water bottles every day. They also don't ask how you want things to look and just do whatever they want. I had to hover and watch everything they did to make sure my home was not destroyed. The Patio has only been installed for 4 weeks and is leaking when it rains and now of course that he's been paid Willy will not answer calls or texts. Clearly not standing by the work they do and at this point no warranty I would assume since no one returns my calls. Once installed if you get that far you're on your own to deal with any issues. Please do not use this company, spare yourself the head aches, stress and your hard earned money to a reputable business that will stand by their work and answer your calls.
