Worst golf course I've ever been too. The course was very rundown and looked like we were playing…read moreon a public park in Whitehall.... Employees were extremely rude and even the golf carts looked like they were bought damaged at a flea market. We spent a decent amount while on the course to be treated like we didn't belong there by regulars and employees. We had a large group, split up into groups of 4 as asked and still was told we needed to hurry up golfing. Even though some of us were skipping holes or didn't even golf (even though we paid full price). The employee accused us of hitting over 20 shots a person... Most hit par and the ones who didn't never hit more than 8. Never coming here again, maybe it's cause we had minorities in our group we were treated so hostile. Would not recommend having your wedding or special event here. Sorry we're not pro golfers, but with the extremely low quality of the course you would think that wouldn't be a requirement here. Employee could have asked the group behind us that was taking 2 minutes per hole to play through us instead of asking us to skip holes or leave without playing the number of holes we paid for..... The Lakes blows this place out of the water don't even bother coming here

Here's a tip: Stretch before you play here…read more One of the longest and more challenging courses in central Ohio. Par 3's and 5's force you to play smart. Great views and you may have an occasional horse trot through from the paths through the woods. The first time you play it might help to go with someone who knows the layout of the course as there are no signs pointing you to the next hole. Some holes are a good walk through the woods and you won't find them without some sort of map or guide (which I have not found yet.) Luckily I played with my cousin who's been there before, but I would still be out there if I went my myself. I can't wait to take my sons out there and play again. Pros: + This course is a great challenge…read more + Play it in the Spring or Fall to get used to it. In the Summer once things grow in, you'll have a hard time finding a disc if you throw in the woods. but the fairways are very wide, think like football field wide, except for the 7-9 which play in the woods. + This course is not as technical as others, but requires throwing good distances. One of my favorites by far. + They have concrete pads on all holes + The pro tees are very fun to play on for a great challenge. + The course isn't really crowded, but more and more people are going out to check it out and it's getting more popular. Cons: Not too many... - It's a drive for many people, but well worth it, for the minimal amount of time it will take to get there if you usually play around Columbus. - The Summer months are more challenging, due to the growth. - Prepare to do some hiking! - The parking lot is small, but usually not a problem, because not too many people go out there. - If you don't know the layout, going from hole 3 to 4 is kind on hidden and can be confusing. Just get the layout and you'll be fine.
