If you're buying a car there the sales staff is great, a very honest bunch that being said if you're going to have work done go somewhere else. I drove a vehicle there that had a slight miss at idle and was idling fast and was charged $125 to hook it to a machine for diagnosis which I was told would take about an hour. It ended up taking over 5 days. I called several times and was told each time it was being worked on. I finally went in to see what was going on and I was given an estimate of repairs for over $3000 dollars. When I told them I was taking it home suddenly I was told it would not start or run. I got it jumped and it showed the battery wasn't charging. I drove it home and found the plug was not in on the back of the alternator. I fixed that and it started up, I checked the battery and it was weak. I got a new battery and replaced the EGR valve myself the truck runs fine now. Total cost $85 for battery from Walmart and EGR from a local parts store. Get your repairs done somewhere else. read more
