It was more our inexperience of certain things that also held us up a bit. The vehicle we bought is pre owned but it was a great price for the mileage, make, model, and year. We live in Tulsa but we will definitely be coming back to buy my car next, even found one on the lot that I loved (but we can't drive 3 cars). He offered us water, coffee, or sodas frequently and checked in on us during semi long wait periods. Complimentarily filled the tank to full and had the vehicle serviced and cleaned before handing the keys over to us. Walked out paying the exact price of the vehicle ($18,000) + the dock/processing fee ($599) totaling $18,599 altogether and was all processed under our loan so we didn't even to put anything down. Very pleased, it was a pleasant experience for both of us!

Now, bit of a back story... in-laws buy a used 22' pontoon boat from 150 in January 2019. Boat is in great shape! We finally get a chance this weekend to get it out on the water so we snatched the opportunity. 5 minutes after launching a warning buzzer starts going off. After troubleshooting for awhile we finally call Susie at 150 who initially tells me to bring it in but 2 mins later she calls back with word that Bud one if their mechanics is on his way to the dock. Yep, dock side service! #mindblown Bud shows up, diagnosed the water pump impeller and we loaded her up and headed to the shop. Mind you, they close at 2:00 PM and it's now 1:45 PM! We arrive and the two mechanics, including Bud, go right to work pulling the lower unit and replacing the impeller. Seriously?!?! My MIL, wife, daughter and friend all go inside for a party-like atmosphere with donuts and drinks and the lights and sound system on one of their brand new floor models in the showroom! At 2:24 PM we were on our way back to the marina to launch into a maiden voyage for my in-laws and family that was full of tubing fun, my FIL was so happy to be on the water and listening to the girls screaming and hollering while having the time of their lives! Tire we had with us, to be changed out at location of the truck, on the side of the road. These guys are not true tire repair guys. The were unable to change out and mount our tire where the truck sat, which is standard procedure for normal ROAD SIDE Tire flat repair. They had to take our the tire to a "shop" somewhere to do it. Then bring it back, over two hours waiting on them. In the middle of this, after they returned with the tire to our driver, we requested pricing. They stated $696.22 for a service that runs less than $100 if not roadside, and about $300 for road side service. We were refusing service once they stated what they were charging, we asked for them to just take the tire back off, leave it how they found it. But of course, to do that, they needed to take it back to a tire shop!! We didn't have another two hours to wait for them to return it as it was, plus because it was getting late, we couldn't trust that they would even return our tire! Total rip off. They are not competent to provide ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. We break these tires down on a regular bases and mount and dismount at our personal yard. It's not something that requires anything special, other than the knowledge and ability to do so. They should not be offering services that they can not do. Again, these guys are not true ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. Absolute ROBBERY! There should be laws against what they did. Not a reputable place of business. RUN AWAY from them, they will rob you and keep you in a bind!
