Maria Britton - Farmers Insurance is hands down the most unprofessional, incompetent, and misleading insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I received a quote for a bundled auto and home insurance policy, agreed to move forward, and canceled my previous insurance based on their word. That's where the nightmare began. For two straight weeks, they strung me along, constantly asking for more documents--even after I had submitted everything they requested. Just when I thought the ordeal was over, they had the audacity to reject my policy because I didn't submit service records for a car that is TWO MONTHS OLD--a car that doesn't even require servicing yet! This agency is nothing but a bunch of scammers who waste your time, put you at risk, and leave you uninsured after you've already canceled your previous coverage. Their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is beyond disgraceful.
