As a 53yr. RN, I am very particular about where I receive aesthetic care. I had heard Kristen Callanans' name for years, through friends and acquaintances, as an skin care expert and skilled Nurse Injector. Although I had been going to a plastic surgeon in Boston, I decided to give Kristen a try. That was over five years ago and I've been with Kristen ever since! In addition to Botox, I've had filler in my cheeks, lips and marionette lines and I am truly thrilled with my results. Kristen is a skilled and experienced injector, and is always well informed about new products and cutting edge techniques. She is impeccable at employing sterile technique in a professional yet relaxed setting. The process is virtually painless, as Kristen allows for the time for adequate numbing, if desired. (which I personally do!) My results are consistently subtle and natural, yet I'm often asked by women my age, why I haven't experienced some of the common signs of aging, on a middle aged face. Of course I have, but I rely on Kristen to guide me, as to what treatment, product or technique will be most beneficial to improve my overall appearance and afford me the most "bang for my buck". Although I have never written a Yelp review before, I wholeheartedly recommend Kristen and felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I spoke to the highly knowledgeable owner I knew this was an establishment that understood sincere quality customer service. My facial and treatments with Jen were excellent. She displayed an impressive knowledge of skin care and that was reflected in her skills. As someone who has been to many skin care businesses in Boston and New York I can honestly say this center rivals the level of style and professionalism in any of the big cities. She had 20 years of nursing experience and 14 years of skincare experience. Renew is the most clinical, clean, organized place in the area with top equipment and services that are priced fairly according to the market. I'm an avid Yelp user so I thought it was about time I contributed and wrote a review. Last night was my second time visiting Renew in Canton and I have to say I love it there. It's beautifully decorated and the staff is very polished and most importantly knowledgeable. I have seen Jean both times for Botox and have been very happy with my results and her suggestions. I have been getting Botox for a long time and I do believe there is such a thing as a "good injector" and she great! I saw Jen for the Renew Reconditioning Facial. Oh my gosh! It was absolutely amazing! From the time I walked into the beautiful spa to finish was phenomenal!
