They tracked mud all over my house, left trash, cigarettes old wires and old equipment all over the house. Not just that. But some of the things that is "repaired" still don't work even though we paid for it to be fixed and they said it was fixed. And their estimates are not that close to the actual cost of their services. I will not be using this company ever again. I hope people read this so they have a fair warning before using this company.

No return call by Monday afternoon. Called them Monday afternoon and scheduled work for Thursday, "between 8am and 10am." Their choice of times, not mine. I called them at 1pm to see if there was a problem. They had no information as to what happened to my appointment and seemed surprised that their crew did not show up. I understand things can happen on a job but to not call me directly or even advise their office of the delay is very poor customer service. I expressed my frustration of sitting around all day, waiting and to please, cancel the work since they evidently don't care about the customers. Gotta wonder if the rave review is legit.
