Unfortunately, I can't recall the names of the two lovely artists who worked with us that day, but I personally was very happy with both my makeup and hair. They stayed very close to the inspiration images I shared, which was extremely important to me, and I felt confident and beautiful on such a special day. Our group had a mix of services, some bridesmaids booked makeup only, a couple booked hair only, and about three of us had both services done. To be completely honest, not everyone in the group loved their final look. A few of the girls weren't thrilled with their makeup, and a couple felt the same about their hair. That said, in the artists' defense, the bridesmaids didn't feel comfortable speaking up at the time, and instead made small adjustments themselves afterward. I don't believe this reflects a lack of skill, but rather the importance of clearly communicating preferences in the moment. Despite that, I would still recommend Pin Me Up. Their work is professional, polished, and their pricing can be considered on the higher side felt worth it to me for wedding-day services. One piece of advice: I would skip the $75 consultation call. It lasted under 15 minutes and mainly covered who would be present on the wedding day. I didn't find it particularly helpful and would suggest using that money toward something else instead. Overall, if you're clear about what you want and comfortable advocating for adjustments, Pin Me Up delivers quality wedding hair and makeup services and helped me feel great on one of the most important days of my life.
