Dr. Han is great. No frills and to the point. He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and Korean. Staff also speak Spanish if needed. It's difficult to book an appointment because he has a lot of patients. And I think it's better to go to a doctor that's busy than a doctor who's always completely empty. It just shows their efficiency and efficacy. Without insurance, prices are affordable. Seeing an internist is difficult sometimes or even outrageously expensive so this is great. Entrance to the building is through the first floor next to Eden Pharmacy. read more

Very poor managed office, called to make an appointment as a new patient a month in advance. Missed it because I never received a courtesy reminder, when I called the office to reschedule and ask why I never received a friendly reminder they said that the office does not do that. Me and my husband got our blood test here(paid Dr. Visit fee) and I was told to come back 3-4days later for the result. So we both went to get our results and they asked us to pay the Dr. Visit fee, which sounded not right. Normally I was never charged to get the results elsewhere. ?!?!?!? I called here to get request for information on General Cleaning, the front desk reception said they are not general dentistry office. I then asked what kind of work do they do and she responded with their specialty and I asked what kind of work in order to determine if they do teeth alignment or dentures for facial alignment. She quickly cutt me off and hung up on me without allowing me to finish my questions in order to get an appointment scheduled. So RUDE, unprofessional, and should be fired for dismissing business abruptly without regard for the potential customer. Do not go here, their staff is terribly trained and a horrible representation of the business owner. I would not want my name affiliated with anyone who treats people disrespectfully as they do! I went to get my antibacterial pills, and the front desk ladies were unkind. I understood when they said that I have to wait, because they have to clean and I didn't make an appointment. They said that I can come back at 2, but I might have to wait, since I didn't make an appointment; when I came back at two they said they won't receive me at all. read more

I haven't even gone in yet so I have no idea if this guy is good or not, but like all Korean doctors they cram their schedule so no matter what you have to wait. 11am appointment and it's 12:15. Still waiting. I called ahead to make sure this wouldn't happen and the nurse said I'd have to wait 15 mins as a new patient. I just asked the nurse if it is typical to wait am hour and she said yes. After calling all the doctors in our neighborhood, we finally picked Kyung Mo Han, M.D. He was the fasted, cheapest and after visiting him at his office, very nice, as well as his assistants were very friendly. read more

I have HMO...there were probably many doctors that accepted this in ktown...I don't know how my family chose him. let me just say, there is absolutely no point in making an appointment because they just let you in by the order you came in I think if you come around 11am...it's not AS busy... a 30 min wait is pretty average even on weekdays good luck finding parking -____- you have to double park sometimes....street parking is never available "service" wise...the doctor is nice...nurses are friendly....they have a really difficult time finding my veins for blood tests...so I've been pricked more than once -_____- the wait and parking is probably the only not so good things about the place read more

I wish i could give them 0 star. Their service is awful. Be aware, I paid $75 cash for the first office visit fee last December 2016 and they charged $130 again for office visit to my insurance provider. When I ask why, they said that they did it for my deductible reduction. I didn't expect anything like that but they said if customers don't mention not to claim, they usually do claim just for their c.u.s.t.o.m.e.r.s. But it was December already and I never went to hospital for a year so my deductible was still full $4500. $130 won't help me and nothing is for me.....and they were so mad at me asking questions....haha what a great world we're living in! I went here for an immigration medical test and their service is pretty good. The staff there was very nice and I like the fact that they call you in case something didn't go as planned. They do speak Spanish and English. Great service both times I gone. read more

My wife had a very disappointing visit with Dr. Han. We will never go back. Bottom line, unless you're in dire need of a Korean speaking doctor, skip this place. Here's the long version: My wife and I went to Dr. Han's afternoon walk-in hours (2-4PM). After waiting a reasonable 45 minutes, the doctor literally spent less than 3 minutes with my wife. He did *not* give a diagnosis, did not explain anything, and did not take questions. He just wrote a prescription for an antibiotic and told her to see 'another doctor in the same building' (no name given). The only upshot was that this minimal information came cheap (we're between insurance): $50 out of pocket. The receptionists were fine and spoke fluent English, Korean and Spanish, we had no problems parking in the building's lot. My wife's general (and generous) impression is that this office makes its money on green card physical exams and anything outside of that will get minimal attention. IMO, that's still no excuse for omitting a diagnosis and explanation of treatment options (even if it can't be done in-house). And is it so hard to take a couple minutes for questions? However, this story has a happy ending. Two days later, we went to the Hollywood walk-in clinic based on glowing yelp reviews. My wife received excellent care from a provider who spent great time and care both treating and explaining the issue. The bill was shockingly reasonable and we've gone back twice so far for solid follow-up care. read more

Any Patient Care facility should provide a service of excellence or good service. This place provides none of that and no professionalism. The larger korean lady in the front desk (in her mid-late 30s) provides no service but rather shows frustrations. The place can be a difficult office to find for newer patients and directions in getting here should be done in a professional manner. The doctor only sees you for about 30 seconds to a 1 minute without saying much. So come prepared with a list of questions to ask. A simple physical check up is a verbal conversation and no "physical" check up is done. Any patient will say they are feeling fine, it doesn't mean they necessarily are fine, that's the point of seeing a doctor in the first place. For results of any tests done, they expect you to call them and keep checking whether they have the results or not. Never expect a courtesy call for the results from the tests being in and a courtesy reminder for your appointments. And the doctor tells you the results of the tests over the phone! How unprofessional is that? Don't expect the "care" from this practice. It's horrible and they really don't care about the patients. It's worst coming here than to a county hospital. HORRIBLE PLACE WITH HORRIBLE STAFF! First impressions actually give a lasting impression! read more
