The prescription I mentioned before he eventually completely withdrew off my mother and she has been suffering a relapse for the past 10 weeks! I have made multiple complaints against him and his assistant Nancy to the insurance for their "services" (again note the quotations .) And after all the complaints he has here on yelp regarding attitudes and denial of care from him and his staff, with some even going back a decade and two patients dying under his care , how is he still a doctor ?! REVOKE HIS LICENSE!!! We changed doctors . The problem is , this other one works with him and most likely the same assistants (Nancy) as they have the same suite and phone number and it's the only other doctor besides Kalindjian at that hospital that accepts my mothers insurance ! If Kalindjian and his staff read this , you must be nice and serve us ! New doctor , new rules ! ...

ANYWAY, after i met Dr. Chu my worries went out the window. He is so funny and great and really understanding and knowledgeable. He accepts my insurance (Blue Cross PPO), and didn't even make me pay my copay when I had to wait fifteen minutes after my appointment time. I really recommend Dr. Chu. Her office runs like a finely oiled machine. She keeps appointment times. Her office staff call you back quickly and they care as much as Dr. Adelman does. Her staff is fabulous just like Dr. Adelman! Dr. Adelman bends over backwards to ensure her patients get the best possible care and in the most timely manner. If I was old enough to see her, I would. Went in with my wife to get a medical examination for her green card application. First of all they…read morecouldn't even draw her blood correctly stating that she had little veins (even though she never had a problem like this before) and they continued to wiggle the needle inside her arm causing her pain. Now that can be overlooked and wasn't the real issue of why I am writing this. They needed to seal her medical examination and so that we can send it in for her application which they did and the reason why we couldn't check if there was any mistakes. We waited a few months and finally got our green card interview. After the interview was over, the interviewer said that in the medical papers, they did not date it (it was left empty next to the doctors signature). So he told us to get that fixed and resend it. We went back to the doctors office and let them know the issue and they acted surprised like it shouldn't have been something they missed. That they checked everything before they sealed it (which only adds to their incompetence). We now have to wait a minimum of another 60 days when we have already waited months to get this done all because of their mistake. We had plans to travel and she wanted to go back to her home country to visit her family and now it is all on hold until we get this resolved. This is the first time Ive ever wrote a review let alone a bad one in my entire life. But this is unacceptable. To make such a careless mistake as not dating the signature in such an important matter is now going to cost us months of uncertainty and waiting having her to prolong visiting her family which she hasn't seen in years. Just irresponsible and careless people.
