The first delivery, the item was damaged. After returning it, I was scheduled for the next delivery date which was 5 days after the original date. When the next delivery date came around, the delivery guys argued with my elderly mother that the item was "too heavy" to bring up the stairs, following he is not going to "break his back" doing so. The best I was offered was another delivery date, with a different team, 10 days later! I had to fight a hard fight to get next day delivery at a special time because I had no one to receive the furniture for me and I had to be at work. I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up! After the 2 1/2 hour mark, I got a call stating the delivery team is outside of my house, but I had already left. I was 2 hours late for work waiting for them to show up and all they had to say was they were delayed. Understanding, delays happen, however, that should have been communicated to me so we can plan accordingly. They shouldn't have just showed up 2 1/2 hours late, especially after the experience I had the pervious day. I've never had an experience as horrible as this over furniture. After going back and forth with delivery team and store associates, dealing with 2 managers and a supervisor, spending three hours on the phone about the delivery driver arguing with my mom while I was at work, then the next day, the furniture showing up 2 1/2 hours late, making me 2 hours late to work... I ended up canceling my order. All that for nothing. And the associates at store level... there's nothing they can do.

I ordered a split king bed online and paid for their "white glove" delivery with set up. The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.

The owner was an absolute delight and spent a good deal of time showing us a variety of one-of-a-kind handwoven rugs from the middle east. We ended up buying a beautiful rug from Afghanistan. Afterwards we attempted to keep light conversation about the countries the items were from. The owner and her daughter are extremely rude and disconnected. They never once looked up at us or bothered to stop texting to answer our questions. On top of it they're very uneducated on their products and extremely over priced for items you can get for bulk on Amazon. I would of purchased some jewelry from this store if the woman would actually care about selling their products. Unfortunately I will never come back here.

I bought a floor turbo fan for $30.00. They sell some really nice rugs plus bath, bed & kitchen items, super cheap car items like windshield wipers and seat covers, yard items and more! The staff is friendly and you can see they work hard so treat them nice---they're helpful and accommodating (hope it stays that way). Every Thursday is when the new stock comes in. They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! I said few months ago but it's been almost 5 months, maybe six since the restrooms first became out of order and nothing has been done about them since they still today remain out of order. It's pretty sad you go in and knowing they have restrooms is good just in case you need 1 but thinking they must be fixed by now and 6 months later it seems like their just not going to repair them at all. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I rely on bathrooms everywhere I go and when I go in there hoping by now the restrooms will be back up and running and they're still not. I just don't go anymore. If I want to go to Ollie's I will go to Plymouth or Woonsocket. They have nice restrooms there and if they're ever out of order, they're back up and running within a few days. Not like Seekonk. Pretty disgusting if you ask me and could also be considered a health hazard there. Surprise the inspectors haven't been in there yet.
