Enjoyed my visit! Just happened to be walking along Main Street and admired their beautiful jewelry in the window. It caught my interest so my boyfriend and I went inside to get me a souvenir gift. Mind you, there are signs that pictures are not allowed. We made our way to the 50% off table and I tried on several rings, with the help of the lovely woman who worked there: she made sure to remind me to look at the rings in the mirror. Not down on them. :) We picked a beautiful, amethyst ring which she said means love and devotion. How could we not?! it's my birth stone. She also complimented us on our loving vibe and love story which really touched my heart! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area, thank you! read more

Crosby's has an incredible selection of turquoise and other native jewelry. The ladies were helpful and fun and we got some great snuggles from the store pup. I came home with a squash blossom that I'm in love with after years of looking for the perfect piece for my petite frame. They're closing the store soon. Get there while you can. The selection of Native American/Indian jewelry is amazing. I completely ignored the items on the walls. The display cases held Intricate to understated beauty. I was able to look as thoroughly as I wished. I purchased a pin/brooch by an artist I recognized. The price was inline with prices l've seen at other locations. I would like to thank the horribly bitchy lady working in the store yesterday. We came to Utah to sell a horse that my husband trained for a large sum of money. My husband wanted to spoil me & we went in there looking to spend a large chunk to commemorate his first triple digit sale. We came in probably looking a bit dirty as we've been on the road for 4 days & didn't know that would lead to use being treated like we were trash & unworthy of shopping there. Thanks to the mega bitch behind the counter my husband googled and found out there was a Tiffany's in SLC. Thankfully Tiffany's ignored the dirty boots & dusty clothes and treated us like royalty. Now I've got a diamond ring I need sunglasses for! I'm definitely not a Tiffany's kind of gal but who's complaining? read more

Went in after 2 bloody mary's and a beer later after Park Silly. All the stone and turquoise drew my mom and i in to this great store who apparently has a house dog that was on vacation when we were there. My 5 year old was bummed and did get scolded once to get out from behind the counter from the kinda bitchy sales lady. Her attitude warmed up and she became a sweetheart when talking about turquoise and how Iran has the best. We killed her with kindness, opposite in customer service but oh well. I was buzzed and nobody was going to kill my buzz. I bought a gold coin ring from our sales lady, hope it made her day because it made mine! This store is definitely not kid or everybody welcomed there. Too bad, i may be back if im in the mood again. read more

I stopped in to this shop because it was recommended to me and spent a long time perusing and trying on jewelry, and talked a lot with Lisa who is very knowledgeable about everything in the shop. She could tell me the mind where I bought my ring came from! I decided not to buy anything on that day but came back the next night and picked up a ring. Both ladies were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The selection was very large and they were patient with me as I tried on piece after piece. If you like unique jewelry and want to know how it's sourced - I highly recommend stopping in. They also had a smaller selection of more "modern" jewelry as well as some really unique pieces from current jewelers. Also Lisa gave me some good suggestions on other shops to stop at on Main Street. I love my new turquoise ring. read more

Loved this store. I was looking for some western/southwest accessories for my apartment and was glad to have found this place. There are some pricey items, but I did manage to find a small rug from Mexico for kitchen and some little clay pots from MT to hold rings, earrings, etc. I recommend if wanting to pick up a souvenir that doesn't have a moose on it : ) Staff was very helpful. read more

This place had an incredible selection of Native American collectibles! I purchased some Zuni fetishes for my collection, some jewelry for my girlfriend, and a belt for my mom. All of their stuff was unique and authentic; they don't seem to have any of that cheap crap I see in the more touristy stores on main street. I felt like I was in a museum walking around the shop. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all. And I walked out feeling like I'd purchased something really special. Worst experience in Park City. I went there with my husband and my two children and as soon as we got into the store the rudeness was unbearable. The lady behind the counter wasn't friendly at all. My 3 year old son might have been touching thing that he shouldn't but instead of lecturing him and tell him that she was going to ask him to leave the store, she could have talked to us, the parents, that were right next to him to respond for his actions, since he is only 3. Don't bother to visit this place. read more

My review pertains to their Web shopping....their site is difficult if not impossible to navigate...I spent 5 days attempting to purchase a $1,500 necklace....I finally hired my computed expert at $55 to help me.....he was unable to complete the transaction while on the phone with the store either....their information is not up to date and it's impossible to obtain an estimated arrival date if you are finally successful.....I will NEVER shop with them again as I never travel to Park City! read more

Absolutely terrible experience here. I was staying at the Blue Sky Ranch for a wedding and someone who admired my vintage Native jewelry recommended this place to me. The one store I wanted to go to in Park City. Walked miles to get there. There were 3 people standing behind cases. Each one looking more miserable than the next. No friendly hellos or greetings. Just sour puss faces and the look of disdain. I asked where the old pawn jewelry was and was given a lecture on how it's not called that anymore it's called vintage.. Ok whatever where is it? It's upstairs she points.. It was roped off. I said that was what I came for.. She asked if I came for anything specific.. And then said its closed because we don't have enough sales people today.. Jesus here I am dripping in "vintage" native jewelry and two of the three people are just standing there without customers. There was only one other customer in the store. So as far as I'm concerned these people are rude snobs. I came there in search of a squash blossom in which I would have dropped upwards of $2g if I had found one I liked. I was also looking for a turquoise silver cuff for my husband. So their rudeness cost them $. I will buy my native jewelry from Native people not stuck up white people who opened a shop in a tourist town and can't be bothered to be kind or helpful. read more

I have made purchases from this store for 15 years. My wife and I count at least 17 substantial items. Recently, I purchased two items, one of which had minor damage. The store Manager, Pugsey, could not have been ruder when I telephoned. It took AMEX's intervention to receive a refund. I feel sorry for the wonderful owners and amicable sales staff that they are ruled by such a snobbish, inflexible, judgmental person. Their stock is terrific but they need to rethink their processes. read more
