He was very nice and informative and we were able to get a consultation that night from Luke. Luke was very personable and patient as we went through everything their company offered and we were able to get scheduled. Our house was built in 1943 with large, original colonial style windows with individual window panes in each window. I love the look and charm it gives but it was not energy efficient, sound buffering, or easy to clean. We also have two dogs, one of which had caused a few of the small panes to be broken, leaving small holes with only the storm window as our "window". I was very excited to learn that they offer the same style and we were able to add that to our new window order. Safe to say, we got a huge upgrade. We have some loud car noise on our street that would wake us up at night but since we've had our windows installed, I haven't heard them once. The whole house stays a more consistent temperature and when our toddler or dogs make the windows messy, it is a breeze to clean the inside and outside. The glass is also slightly darker which allows for better privacy without having to have your curtains drawn all the time. The installation company was great as well. The two employees were very nice, had great communication, and ended up finishing faster than anticipated. They walked us through our new windows and they had cleaned up any mess that had been caused from installation. Overall, the value our new windows adds to our lives is priceless and we highly recommend using Brightside for your windows.

We had our floors installed a few years ago. 1-measurements…read moreseemed off by quite a bit so had them re-measure which reduced the estimate quite a bit. Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

We started by going to Floor Traders and their selection was nothing I would put in my house also their sales associate keep following us around in a creepy sort of way like he thought we were going to steal a piece of tile or something. We told our contractor how disappointed we were and he made an appointment with Great Floors. The next day we were greated by Jerry at the front door and she wisked my wife away and showed her around the store. Jerry who is a woman made my wife feel real comfortable and really explained what would look great in our house. You could tell she was a real veteran because she really knew her flooring and how to treat customers. And by the way they have a nice inventory compared to the other creepy store who has rather cheap and not so nice flooring.

Hardwood floor installation ran into a few issues with a stair runner which left a gap when the…read morecarpet was removed. Brothers went above and beyond fix the problem coming out on a Saturday and one other day to resolve the issue after the flooring was installed. They were able to find a discontinue piece of trim to finish the project. Andrew as responsive and really helped solve a problem which was unforeseen by everyone until the carpeting was removed. In addition, the team finished ahead of schedule and the flooring looks great! There is always something problematic which comes up with home projects, and it was great that Brothers was able to make everything right without a hassle. If you need flooring, I would strongly recommend contacting Andrew for an estimate.
