We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. When she ran into situations where she needed my input/decision, she texted me photos of the problem along with multiple options with pros/cons for me to choose. Not only did he mess up my door, but he also messed up my frame and my hardware, and he took my hardware. He also didn't complete the work that evening; he said he would return the next day by 12:00. I went ahead and paid him for the work he did. "I know, not every smart." I also didn't double-check his work before the payment and his departure.
