From past visits, I would describe the customer service at this location as hit or miss, but today was particularly frustrating. While shopping, I noticed a sign at the counter mentioning a birthday month reward. Since my birthday was last month, I asked how customers are notified about the reward. I was told that they do not send emails and that the program is "like Kendra Scott." Unfortunately, that comparison really doesn't hold up. Kendra Scott sends multiple emails and reminders before, during, and even toward the end of your birthday month so customers have an opportunity to actually use their birthday benefits. Those reminders were so helpful that I was able to use two of my three birthday offers with them this year. I explained that I had never been made aware of Round Top Collection's birthday reward and asked if there was any way it could still be honored since my birthday had just passed. I was simply told no. There was no attempt to explain the policy further, offer an alternative, or even make me feel as though my business was valued. Beyond the birthday reward, the overall interaction was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked questions about particular items, and I left feeling like my presence and my business were more of an inconvenience than something appreciated. The birthday reward itself is not what will keep me from returning to this location--the lack of customer service will. After another unfavorable experience at the Cypress location, I will be looking for another Round Top Collection location for future purchases.

I tried at least 3 times to do it this way. So, as a work-around, I just hung up the phone for each card and called back for activating each one... Apparently this was a BAD thing to do... I guess they flagged my number as spam or something after the 10th call-in because when I call now to activate a card all I get is "We're sorry but the number you're calling from can not be serviced at this time. Goodbye." and just hangs up on me. I called customer service at another number and the foreign lady tells me, we're sorry that you're having this issue 40 times, and tells me, well you can also activate them on the website... yeah, like I didn't hear your phone system tell me that 10x already... TRIED IT!!! Guess what happened??!!! It errored out too... I punch in the card number, the expiration, and the security code... It then wants me to do a captcha window, which I perform (and yes, I did it correctly - I'm not a moron) and surprise surprise -- "A system error has occurred. Please try again later." every damn time. Tried it a handful of times on THREE DIFFERENT BROWSERS... All failed to proceed with activation. Definitely will NOT be using this company again. I have audio recording of the system blocking my number, and screenshots of the website erroring out for no reason.

She greeted us warmly, was super helpful, and even gave us samples of cheesecake stuffed cookies. I decided to do a 4 pack of mini cheesecakes ($19.99). Each one is the perfect amount for 1 person. I got 2 strawberry, 1 turtle and 1 blueberry. We also got 1 chocolate chip cookie and 1 red velvet cookie, both stuffed with cheesecake. On Tuesdays they have buy 1 get one cookie 1/2 off! Our total was $28.68. It all tasted so delicious! The cheesecakes aren't super sweet and feel really light. It doesn't feel like you are eating too much, which I really like. They look so cute and I love how each one is decorated. There were so many other flavors I want to go back and try, especially the chocolate! The cookies were really interesting, and I'm not sure how much I liked the combination of the cheesecake stuffed in the cookie.
