My cakes were amazing! Great flavor and overall 10/10. As for the service...the server Nicole G had an horrible attitude. I came in with and greeted her and she completely brushed me off. I made my order and she then said it'll be ready in a few..in a serious monotone. Completely ruined my evening. I'll definitely leave if she's the server next time I go back.

    Bad Customer Service

I ordered from the website today with no problem. When I went in to pick up my order I noticed from the confirmation email I accidentally clicked on the wrong favor. I spoke with the chunky girl in the front who originally said she didn't see the order. When I pulled up the confirmation she went to the shelf where my order was sitting. I told her the chocolate chocolate chip should have been an Oreo. She went to the back and came back to ask me if I was an Uber driver, I was confused by the question. I clearly stated I noticed on the confirmation email the wrong cake was chosen, she proceeded to tell me they were out of the Oreo cake and that I had one in the bag already. All while laughing with whoever was behind the doors. I swapped it for a lemon.... How are you out of the themed cake? Why would I be an Uber driver?

    Birthday mini bundts

Picked up these tasty morsels (mini bundts) for my son's birthday dinner, as an alternative to a cake or the standard cupcake. To make a long story short, they were moist, flavorful, and my son and everyone at his birthday dinner love them. I may consider these again for my next special occasion or everyday sweet treat. I ordered and paid for these online, set a pickup time, walked in and they had them ready and waiting at a table aside from the main order and checkout line. It was quick and efficent.

When I got the newsletter that the Oreo Bundt Cake was back I knew I would be going there! While I was there Kristina alerted that they are also baking the Turtle cake so I may be visiting them tomorrow too. :) Thanks Kristina

Got a snickerdoodle cake for me son's graduation. It's was very good. Not too much cinnamon, just perfect! I also had to get a mini lemon for myself as that's my favorite!! They never disappoint with their moist, flavorful cakes!

You're in for a treat (literally and figuratively), at Nothing Bundt Cakes! I go here when I need to pick up some bundtinis for birthdays or special occasions. The packaged bundtinis make for a sweet gift. The bundt cakes are moist and there are a variety of flavors to choose from. My favorites are the white chocolate raspberry and strawberries & cream. This location gets really busy and parking can be a bit condensed, so I would suggest you place your order online or call in for pick up for quicker service.

What I was describing on the phone

Customer service is lacking!!! Girl working today 10/18 who opened the store - is TERRIBLE and should be fired!! (Hispanic with accent) Refused to take my order over the phone - wanted me to order online - when I told her I was not at home - she then said "you'll have to pay over the phone then" you could tell by her tone .., she wasn't happy about being there and was going to make it difficult to order. She then wanted me to go online and pick out the cake.. I called back and described the picture - and described it to her / birthday, pink flower, two sticks with a pennant and she refused to take the order. Said I needed a name for the cake - When I said "I've been ordering from this store for years - and never had this problem.. " and she hung up., I called back - she said "I need the name" I said .. "get the manager .. " she hung up again.. Although this location is very convenient to my home, and the cakes are always delicious - no one should have to deal with a little brat that doesn't value her job! The prices have gone up anyway - and I just decided to spend my $42 at Whole Foods for a much bigger cake. In the future, (should I want Nothing Bundt, I'll just drive to other location in cypress or the Woodlands! Bottom line, no one should have to deal with poor customer service!

Just discovered this location that's close to home! It's also located down from Vintage Park in the same center I frequent because of the Whole Foods. I don't really have a sweet tooth but when I do, I would have to say I would crave the red velvet bundt cake with chocolate chips + cream cheese frosting. My friends say they love the lemon and carrot cake ones as well. Recently, we ordered 3 dozen mini bundtinis [bite sized bundt cakes] for $45/dozen for a birthday party. They def were a hit. ***keep refrigerated until ready to serve as it will melt and won't keep well

The mango is always incredibly fresh, juicy, and perfectly sweet. My go-to order is the Mango Pancake, which is light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. The fresh mango in the center is definitely the star of the show, pairing perfectly with the airy whipped cream. The delicate pancake wrapper has a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture that ties everything together beautifully. This visit, I decided to switch things up and try the Mango Coconut Sago drink. It was generously sized and incredibly refreshing. The creamy coconut complemented the sweet mango perfectly, and the drink had an almost slushy texture that was ideal for a hot Houston day. The sago added a fun, chewy texture that made every sip even more enjoyable. The service has always been quick, and the employees are consistently friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a refreshing dessert, a quick snack, or a delicious drink to beat the heat, I definitely recommend stopping by. Whether it's your first visit or your fifth, this place is always worth the trip!

When I stopped by on a weekday evening at 9pm it was packed. They had stations setup throughout the store to order different goods, which helped to alleviate the rush. Knafeh ($6) - They offered 2 types of knafeh, one with cheese and one with custard. I went with the one made with Nabulsi cheese and topped with shredded phyllo, and soaked in sugar syrup. It was warm, crispy and delicious! Karak tea ($5) - This milk tea drink was made with aromatic spices, primarily cardamom, cloves, ginger and cloves. I was happy to see they used whole milk instead of evaporated milk. The drink was incredibly rich and creamy and tasted great. Turkish delight ($18 / lb.) - This was extremely fresh, soft and chewy, made with cornstarch, sugar, nuts. Some of the varieties I tried had chocolate and/or fruits. The baklava here was fresh made with layers of phyllo dough, chopped nuts, and held together with some honey. The nut offerings here included, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and a few more. For example, with the Turkish delights and ice cream selections, only a few items are labeled. For most of them, you have to guess the flavor or ingredients. When I asked questions, there was a language barrier, and the staff member behind the counter was unable to clearly explain what the items were in English. This can be especially frustrating for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. In the U.S., I would expect all flavors and ingredients to be clearly labeled so customers can make informed choices. Even if staff members are not fluent in English, having accurate labels for flavors and ingredients would greatly improve the customer experience. The desserts themselves are excellent, but better product labeling would make the experience much more enjoyable and accessible for everyone.

Since we were already in the area after breakfast at TJ's Filipino Cuisine, we finally got the chance to stop by and try their baked goods for ourselves. We arrived early, so the bakery wasn't too busy yet. The bakers were busy prepping more goodies in the back while my cousin and I browsed all the Filipino baked goods we really miss from back home in the Philippines. They even had suman, sapin-sapin, biko, and other kakanin, which was nice to see. I specifically looked for the chicken empanada, and my cousin wanted to try the ube white chocolate chip cookie. We also saw different kinds of siopao and planned to come back later to buy some before heading back to San Antonio. We tried the ube white chocolate chip cookie first, but honestly we weren't totally satisfied. It tasted more like a regular white chocolate chip cookie with purple coloring and didn't really have much ube flavor. I also tried the chicken empanada. My cousin didn't like it because it was sweeter than expected--we were both expecting it to be savory. There seemed to be caramelized sugar in the outside of the pastry, which probably added to the sweetness. I still like it, though it was definitely sweeter than what I'm used to. Red Ribbon's chicken empanada is still my favorite. Later that day before leaving Houston, we came back for the siopao we planned to take home. We finally decided to just buy a couple pieces for ourselves, heat them up in the bakery, and try them fresh. When we saw the price for a four-pack, we were honestly disappointed. It felt expensive for the size. The siopao wasn't huge, and while I like the dough, there wasn't much chicken filling inside. For the portion, taste, and quality, it felt overpriced. Overall, it's probably not worth making another trip back for us. We did enjoy the cassava ube suman, and I like the chicken empanada, but not enough to drive all the way to Houston just for those. If I live nearby, I might come back to try other baked goods, but based on this visit, I'm not sure the rest would impress my palate. I still give them credit for cleanliness and customer service, although we did notice fruit flies on one of the shelves and reported it. The staff was friendly, and the bakery itself was welcoming. At the end of the day, since they're a bakery, the expectation is great-tasting, quality, mouthwatering Filipino breads, pastries ", and kakanin. While some items were enjoyable, overall it just didn't quite live up to the hype for us.
