Shye was welcoming, caring and a wealth of information. She explains each phase along with the what, why and how. It's extremely helpful if you like to know the science behind things and what benefits to expect. Though I fell asleep about 1/3 of the way in as it's so incredibly relaxing. And I mean asleep/out cold. when she wakes you up (gently of course), you have to get your bearings of where are you. I had about 3.5 weeks of the best sleep of my life ... I went to bed and was able to fall asleep within the first 5-10 minutes and stayed asleep (no 3-4am waking up with the mind racing) until 6-6:30am, fully refreshed and ready to start my day with energy. It was the greatest feeling to have and sustained for so long. I also had benefits as she worked the inflammation of my cheek, underarms and belly away. My skin was clear, hydrated and glow-y. I went back from my second session and due to food poisoning from a vacation, I had a lot of tension built throughout my body that she was able to work through and out during the 75 minutes session.
