Be careful when taking out a 3rd party loan. Not only do they charge you a high interest rate for the loan but they also want to charge you an additional 10% to make a payment. Never heard of someone charging you 10% just to make a Payment. read more

Had called on June 8th to ask about getting info on installment loans. I was asking an honest yes or no question regarding I credit check to the rep who answered but she didn't know how to answer it so she transferred me to Salma. Salma was rude, spoke over me and hung up abruptly as I wasn't even done talking. Salma (refused to give employee number or last name) I get it privacy. However I was asked to bring my bank account on my phone to verify a deposit. So after she got that information I asked if that's all she needed? Then one minute later she asked for the account number so I had to reopen the app. I'm already paranoid of my information being out there... this process has been done in the past and Salma claimed it hadn't. As said before I have been coming here for years and expect the same professionalism as always. I don't see why it wasn't explained to me in the first place like the Manager took the time to do. I went in to receive money from a MoneyGram. Jessica told me there were too many differences in the information that was filled out between me and the person sending the money. I have never had a problem sending or receiving with this person before. There was one letter different in the name. She was just being difficult. I went to another place and didn't have a problem. I thought if you cant come in to pay the payday loan in person they would cash the check or automatically withdraw it from your debit. They did it and added a $15 fee. They should have told that i must come in and pay it or even a courtesy call to come in to pay it. read more

I called for general information they made it seem really easy just some bank information and your ID.. obviously going to these types of places your going through some hardship... At the end of the loan app they ask if they could run my credit..
