Got a pedicure for the first time in a while and had such a great time! I think I found my place. The salon is very cute and prices are reasonable. I picked out a pretty pink color and settled in. The massage chairs are AMAZING and the lady who did my pedi was so careful and paid attention to detail. I'm literally obsessed with my pedi, I couldn't love it more than I do! I've been going here for a few years, it's convenient to both home and work. I've been satisfied with service until the past few months. Recently it feels like they are in a rush, even when no one is waiting. I've noticed the polish has been a little messy, I've gone home and had to clean up the polish on my skin. This last time, tech didn't remove all the old polish before repainting my nails and then only did one coat. They typically always apply two coats. Please do not go here. I went to get a plain white acrylic set. I was cut multiple times and the nails themselves are not great either. I called asking to speak to an owner or manager about this issue as i was too scared to bring it up at the time, and they told me they could not give me a number or email and when I asked them when the owner would be in the salon so I could speak to them, they hung up on me. So bad , they gave me some older lady who had no idea what she was doing . Nails were crooked , she told me my finger was ..? What ? The paint is awful , she couldn't do the design i wanted so i ended up getting screwed for 50$ . This is a horror story . Stay away . Cleanliness is lacking big time. The salon and equipment is dirty been going here for years sad to see it go down.

When I first walked in, I was acknowledged ... which I was very pleased w they told me it'd be 30 minutes. And I ended up getting in a chair in 10 minutes earlier on Friday w no appointment ! however, the quality of the nails was nice except they were a bit bulky. I know if I would've mentioned it, it would've been fixed but I was in a hurry, besides that I'm very pleased w my results I enjoyed how the guy massaged my hands w lotion that smelled sooo yummy and my pedicure was super cute he helped me pull my pant legs up Bc they were so tight lol I paid 105$ for a gel full set and a gel polish pedicure. He took his time on my feet and made me as comfortable as possible! And they stay open late which is a plus .... I'd go back again and next time mention to make them less bulky. I went to get my polish fixed Joy wasn't in so her sister did it. i didn't even tell her when I got my feet done just to see what she would say. At first she said my polish was like that because my nails grew out. I just got them done on Monday. Oh well that's a color change it's been 4 days and thats a lot of work for free. Nasty attitude and it looks worse now then before I can in. I don't recommend these sisters. if they are good with nails stick to what your good at and leave the pedicures to your co workers!!!! If your looking for a relaxing nail and spa experience do NOT go here. I walked in with my girlfriend and immediately felt a very awkward vibe coming from the workers. They didn't take the time to greet us, but rather stared at us and then finally asked what we wanted. The workers were not very friendly and did an average job. The nails came out looking fine but nothing special. The price a little to high for the quality you get. Would not be my first choice. read more

I have been going to LA Nails for many years. An appointment has not been necessary, but recently they have been busy when I got there. So last Thursday, I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. I live about a half hour away, so I didn't want to drive all the way there only to find they were not able to do my pedi. Well, when I arrived at the appointed time, they were busy. The technician refused to accommodate my appointment and just kept saying that they're too busy. So I had no choice but to leave. There are many nail salons to choose from. Even after being a loyal customer at LA Nails for so long, I will never go back there. If they cannot accommodate an appointment that they scheduled, I cannot waste my time. read more

My nail tech did a really nice job with my nails! I haven't had any problems with them and they look really nice! It wasn't too busy when I went with my friend and I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was friendly. I'll definitely go again when I want my nails done again! My only "problem" was that I wasn't sitting right next to my friend, but that wasn't a big deal. read more

Never AGAIN. I went in just to get simple gel coloring on my nails, and the older lady that was at the front desk sat me down and did my nails in less the 10 mins she was done. She made my nails too short none of them were an even length and none of them were even the same color. Odd is t it because she used one color! My nails were all lumpy none of them were smooth. And she had the Audacity to say my nails were lumpy... funny cause they weren't like that when I went in. I wanted to cry cause while I tried to tell her she wouldn't listen to me and just did her own thing... waste of money. As soon as I walked in I felt a super bad vibe. The place was totally empty and the 4 workers just stared at my group and I. They were not welcoming at all. She asked us what we wanted and then went into the back room and didn't even welcome us in. The prices were a little too high. When I was picking out my nail color, the guy who was working on my nails rushed me to go over to his seat even though I didn't even have my color picked out. He was super rushed and I didn't really know why because there were no other people in there. When I looked that I grabbed a Jel instead of a normal color I asked if they had my color in the regular polish and he answered with "I wouldn't know, I haven't looked yet" and so he made me wash my hands and then go over and look at the colors. I went to look at the colors and he came a little after and found my color but as I was looking I had found a new color that I wanted to try. He told me he found my color and I told him I wanted to change but he kept saying he found my color and it made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like I had to go with that color. So if you are trying to enjoy yourself and have a relaxed day, I wouldn't recommend here because I felt SUPER rushed. read more

Worst nail place EVER. My girls and I went in not even a week ago and their nails fell off in two days and here I am day 5 after getting a fill and I notice my thumb nail is hanging on by my skin. No way we will ever go there again. The lady I had ripped my cuticles off and my hands look infected because of how hard she filed my SKIN not my nails the skin. I'd give this place less than a 1 star if I could. read more

Pls don't come here I had a bad experience yesterday. I get their under staff but the nice older women up front got me settled in and told me the lady in the back will do my pedi ( older women couldn't take me bc she had an appointment after the lady she was already working on which I understand that). Well I being there for 15 mins a women who is a walk-in just like me comes in and said her nail buckled, at the moment the lady who I assume was supposed to be the one to do my pedi decided to walk out.... Well instead of taking me who was a walk in FIRST she decided to take the other lady first after I already been waiting for her. I'm sorry but me working in Customer service too it doesn't matter if you have one acrylic nail or a whole hand you're supposed to take care of the person who has already been waiting there because by the time it took her to do one nail she would've already been done with my pedicure. I brought it up to her and she actually got rude about it saying you have to wait... every where you go you have to wait, yes that is true and I understand that but the fact that I was already there waiting for you to come from the back but you decided to take a walk-in who came in after is bad customer service and then to also argue with the customer about who the person you took after them was more important even though she was a walk in just like me. Doing a pedi and one acrylic nail takes the about same amount of time. So please treat your customers all the same. I went in for a pedi and a shellac mani this morning. My pedicure was ok. Paint job was terrible because I don't think she could see. Then my Shellac Manicure!! I am bleeding on 4 fingers. She had the Shellac all over my cuticles, so it didn't stick. It is peeling off and I just got it done 4 hours ago! Not to mention, I am still bleeding!! NEVER EVER WOULD I GO HERE AGAIN!!!! read more
