Instead I'm getting it to my work email and it has not been received at the school. I called to get this fixed and nothing has been. I go online and tell the chat person the issue. Then I get a voicemail asking questions that were clearly discussed and answered in my chat. How hard is it to get this cancelled and get a refund when you guys can't even keep the facts in order?

If you're the new General Wave of Liberal Democrats hoping for socialism or communism you won't like this paper. Either way it is a fact based newspaper with research done before reporting. I like how easy it is to open it up electronically and click on an article and it expands to have the specific article to be read easily. Home delivery stinks!!!! We have a delivery guy who delivers our paper when the mood hits him, not…read moreat the time that was stated for delivery when we subscribed for the San Gabriel Valley Times!!! To add insult to injury, our paper arrives late so it sits in our driveway all day instead of my taking it with me to work. It is thrown into our wet driveway when the sprinklers are on or on the front sidewalk for the neighbors to have to walk on? Pathetic delivery!!!! I had the LA Times originally but had the same delivery issues only to find out that the same guy delivers both the LATimes and San Gabriel Valley Tribune, so obviously the issue is the delivery guy!!!! I have a long list of complaints confirmation numbers but apparently home delivery is of no interest to both the newspapers and the delivery guy!!!! A waste of money!!!!

The delivery person we have had for years was great, and we were informed they had a new boss and the routes would change. That person was correct. We are so tired of the hassle and lies. The supervisor we spoke to said he would call us back, but as of right now, we have not received a call. The Tribune knows our address and our phone, but it's still not enough. Grrrrrr. The Tribune delivery service is horrible!!!!
