Tonight I tried the beef burger. Despite their not being busy, the burger was pretty bad. It was relatively tasty but the execution was all off. The meat is marinated in slices and smothered in sauce. The worst thing is that in the takeout package they layered the bottom of the package with sauce then put the burger ON TOP of it, ensuring that the bun was wet all the way through with sauce and disintegrated when picked up falling apart in a soggy mess. The cook needs to pay attention or have someone teach him the basics of makings burger before trying to go all fusion.
