It may not be the best because I don't think any place would surpass my mom's cooking. We found Hang Meas after a long day of traveling and came late at night. I had to translate the menu to English but we ordered all the right things--sesame chicken and some delicious noodles with prawns. The freshness, flavors, and spice was unbelievable. All dishes were made with love, and I wish I could tell the chefs repeatedly just how much I loved everything. I honestly wish we ate here every night. 10/10
