My esthetician was Shayla who is so sweet, enthusiastic, and a master at what she does! The first time I went she really went over every single step and made sure I was comfortable and asked lots of questions so that she could perform the service to match my end goals. The second time around we had a greater understanding after already working together and she continued to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the end result ! I will say that the first time I went I do believe the tint lasted longer but the lamination of my brows and my lash lift are both still going strong. Both services definitely helped boost my confidence and I love that I feel more put together makeup free than. Overall the studio is very warm, I like that they have an electronic lock you need a code for to get inside. They sell a variety of products that they even stock their bathroom with. They did her nails with her sitting in the pedicure chair in the most awkward position.. didn't bring her to a regular table for her nails. They basically just painted her nails and toes without doing any of the extra stuff they normally do when you get a mani and pedi. I also asked for gel and picked gel colors but they did regular polish and we didn't realize until they didn't pull out the light at the end so it was too late. Very very rushed and the communication was lacking on their part.
