I live an hour away and came in because I had spa finder gift cards that I needed to use, and this place did not disappoint. The receptionist who scheduled me was nothing short of an angel, and was very accommodating. Then, when I got there it was immediate relaxation from the atmosphere. I got an oxygen facial and Ann was wonderful. She's so knowledgeable and helpful, and it had to have been the BEST facial I've ever had. I was gifted a Mother's Day package from my husband which included a 50min Swedish massage and a 45 min lavender facial. Stephanie was my massage therapist and she is the BEST. She was gentle yet firm with her techniques and released multiple trigger points without me gripping on the table in discomfort. She left me melted like butter and ready to enjoy a pain free upper body. Gabby was my esthetician, she was also gentle and kind. She educated me on different products that best suited my skin type and listened to all of my concerns. The overall vibe is calm and peaceful. Making an appointment was easy peasy! Even in this holiday busy time, they were super accommodating and flexible when scheduling a day and time. Salon facilities were so welcoming and cozy and Jessica was there to greet me with a warm hello and big smile. She asked many questions about my hair history and was thorough explaining the use of organic products and how they differ and what I should expect. I visited this salon & spa for the first time last week. I was in Doylestown for a few days and wanted to get a massage. I got a 75 min. Swedish massage from Barbara and it was the first massage that I've had since the pandemic started. Before that I have gotten massages every month for 30 years. So I've experienced a lot of massage therapists. This appointment was the same day as Ida and tornados but the salon/spa remained open. I arrived a bit early to my appointment and was taken in immediately. They have small waiting room with comfortable chairs. Everyone was masked and the place seemed very clean. The massage was good--although I didn't really put too much stock in how I felt on the table since it had been 18-20 months since I had one. My reason for writing the review was to acknowledge the great service that Eden Organics provided even during a storm, and that today in my workout at the gym I was able to do some things that I couldn't do two weeks ago. I think that the massage helped to get my muscles and connective tissue to relax and also realign. read more

Wife and I got a GC from a friend to get massages and a short foot rub at the end as an add-on. Massages were really great but towards the end my masseuses didn't notice the foot rub portion. I told her it wasn't a big deal we would just take it off at the front desk. Policy was for such a small/short amount, I could only get a credit, and they don't do appointments for just a short foot rub if I came back just for that. I told the guy (who was the owner) I'm moving soon. Without a thought he just told his cashier to just hand me the cash difference. I also hand $15 in my hand to give them for my masseuses tip and he reminded me on his computer my friend already included the tip. I appreciated that, very honest and friendly. I am a regular customer and sometimes had to have my appointment with someone else depending of my availability and their schedule. I was never disappointed. They are all very professional. I loved the idea of an organic salon as someone who dyes their hair frequently but I was very disappointed with my experiences at Eden Organics. I gave Eden Organics two tries because I really did want to like them. Both times I went, I felt that the staff was incredibly pretentious and snobby (which I could deal with if I was satisfied with my hair). I left with an uneven chop, dye that faded after a couple washes, and a dent in my wallet from their ridiculous prices. Trust me, there's way better options in the Doylestown area. read more

She worked it out and I am now pain free. I was disappointed that the Groupon that I purchased was not applicable towards services at the Doylestown facility. I really wanted Amanda to do my Vitamin C Facial, but now I am told that I have to go to the Newtown facility. That's quite a distance away from me; I am not too thrilled about that! read more

I go there on a monthly basis to get facials with Amanda. It's my splurge for myself and is the most relaxing part of my month. Plus, they have this re-book program (ask about it after your first appt!!) that helps save a bit of money if you come back again. The facials are just wonderful, and my skin has never looked better. I went to Eden Organics with a Groupon for my first experience and immediately was pleased. All staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a massage by Jenn and it was absolutely amazing. She asked about preferred pressure and any target areas before the massage began. I've seen her twice now and left feeling much better and completely relaxed both times. The massage rooms are very peaceful, lighted only with salt lamps, and the oils/lotions that are used all smell very good and aren't overwhelming. At check out you're also given the option to prepay/prebook your next visit and you receive a discounted rate. I loved that this was an option, and you don't have to rebook the same service, the price point gives you different options. Will definitely be coming back routinely and will recommend! read more

I've gone to Eden a few times in the past year and have had nothing but positive experiences with my facials and massages. They also have a hair salon and a good selection of farm to face cosmetics & other products, but I haven't tried the salon portion. They do try to sell you products at your checkout & add on to existing service, but most aren't too pushy about it if you're not interested. Although both the massage and facial are a bit pricey, it was worth it & you will not be disappointed. They do have a pre-purchase program that I believe gives you a discount, but I am not so sure I understand it. (but yes I did buy it anyway!) Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! read more
