Absolutely the WORST nail experience ever! Please do yourself a favor and DON'T GO! I'm not one to be rude but I asked for a specific nail design and it was beyond atrocious and this is what I got. Not even close to the coco swirl brown, black and cream design I asked for and pictures I showed. They are chunky, splotchy, not even, absolutely disgusted and going to pay to get these removed and fixed tomorrow at Destin Nail and spend more than double to have this taken off and redone. Also, when I stated I was not happy he let the customers waiting know it was my fault that they were waiting. Also the hygiene is nonexistent, no washing hands, no clean tools, nada, I should've walked out but I didn't want to be rude until I had to be. I am absolutely appalled that I paid $62 for Anh Nguyen "Andy" to do such a poor job. Photos don't even do this justice. Also asked for a refund and to speak to owners and was told no i can't speak to anyone. His license is expired as well and he will not allow me to take a photo of it. read more

I'm visiting Florida with a friend from Texas, so we decided to look for a nail salon in the area that looked nice. Back home, we can never find salons that do ombre nails, so I noticed they did ombre nails on here from pictures so I definitely wanted to check it out. We were walk ins, and they immediately started working on my friend's nails and began on me shortly after. Both of us got ombre full sets of dipping powder, which ended up being under $60 for glitter ombre nails with tips, which i found fairly affordable! The staff was all super accommodating, did a great job, and I would highly recommend this place! This place got me right in. In fact no one was there when I walked in. I needed the chair pushed back which usually the tech usually does it for you but he just said the controller is o. L'amour Nails is a great find in Santa Rosa Beach on Hwy 98W close to 30A. This is my second visit in a month. I'm a picky customer, not just any pedicure will do. For many years I've had acrylic nails applied to each big toe during the summer sandal season. The way this is done can make or break the appearance and function of this cosmetic transformation of my toes. The owner of L'amour does the best job of anyone I've gone to. The poiish they use is top quality. The total look is excellent. The salon is well appointed with comfortable pedicure chairs. And the price is reasonable. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Me and my friend chose this place after not being able to find anywhere else and we were extremely disappointed. We sat down and waited a few minutes, then the man started on my friends nails. The lady was still working on a couple's pedicures, so I was fine waiting. After the couple left, I was still there waiting, receiving no service. Understandable if the lady cannot do sns or just fingernails in general, but it would have been appreciated if we were told that they couldn't do our nails at the same time when we called to make an appointment for the same time. Another person getting their toes done walked in and the lady took her right away. I was left there waiting until my friends nails were completely finished, then was finally asked what I wanted done. I did not get my nails done. It is very frustrating trying to make an early appointment at the same time for both of us and only being able to do one at a time after being told we can make both our appointments for the same time. No discount was given after the sheer shock my friend encountered after seeing the final product. They were dreadful. Please, for the sake of your time and eyes, never come here. read more

They are somewhat friendly there. It's just a husband and wife that own and run the place, and Moe does a good job on the nails, but the woman doesn't do all that good pedicures. It's just ok. And as far as the waxing services she's terrible at it. These people don't believe in daycare either for their kids and they bring them to work with them everyday and let the kids run a muck in the salon. It's totally ridicilous and not right or good for the children in my opinion. I don't go there anymore for that reason mainly. People want to relax when they go get their nails done not have loud kids running around and in your face constantly. They don't discipline the kids either and act as if it's no big deal. It's also only a basic nail salon they don't offer much of anything new or different, such as colored nails, powders or nail art. I wouldn't recommend this place or return. read more
