By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. My girl Ivie is so unbelievably talented and is so great at making your vision come to life. She takes her time and makes sure it is what you wanted and that it looks good. She always does her best work. Now the salon as a whole is beautiful and very clean. Every one of the workers are so kind and so quick to ask if you would like a beverage before getting started. I couldn't give enough compliments about this place. Beautifully done Luxe Nail Spa you are doing everything right. Ivie you rock!! Thank you!

Bad service. Asked the nail specialist to put the gloves on because I saw his nails had sone kind of fungus. He just stood up and left , another guy came in , I asked him to wear gloves as well and he said that I need to go somewhere else if I want a nail tech to wear gloves. These are just sanitary rules everyone should follow. Same is sanitizing tools and counter space. When I ask to remove my old nails and they just trying to PEEL THEM OFF WITH THEIR OWN NAIL is just terrifying. At that moment I just pray I don't get any diseases. Never going to this salon again and don't recommend for any of you either

This was by far the worst manicure I've ever had. The physical cleaning and prepping process was fine. But the end result was a mess. The gel was attached to my cuticles and not cleaned up. I had to ask for an additional coat because you could clearly see my nail through a good portion of my nails. It's choppy and sticky still! So delighted to have paid actual money for something my 6 year old niece could have done for me for free.

The following day there was a gigantic bubble on my index finger. Fixed that too. They told me I must do something wrong (blame on me????) Mind you, I tried this place only because my actual nail tech was on vacation. I know how to take care of my nails and I'm an accountant so no major labor with my hands. Then the acrylic just started coming off the same finger... I just got tired of going in. I'm waiting on my tech to return! I got a discount because they are still on "opening" time frame... I guess you pay for what you get...

This is my official go to place. I have tried a few other places in fort Walton beach and I will remain loyal to this place until it's time for us to move. I have gone in for a fill and a pedicure. Both have been wonderful! The nail artists are able to accomplish just about anything you give them and they are so kind. My mom and I went for mani pedis for my wedding and the next time I went they asked how she was and how the wedding went and all the other things. I'm very thankful I found them!

My feet were completely fine before I came here now I have to fight this athlete feet, This is horrible!! Plus they charged me 200+ just for s basic pedicure and white tips on my nails. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL.

They did a fantastic job. I called and set up an appointment and they took great care of me. I showed Billy the picture of the nails I wanted and he exceeded my expectations. I will DEFINITELY be back

I got a pedicure here and the girl doing my toes was nice but she was on her phone she apologized but if you're paying for a service I believe the service should be given. I can't complain about how my toes came out because they were fine I did pay for extra services for my pedicure came out to be 120 which I would happily pay but never here again. Aesthetically this place is super cute I'll try a few other places in the mean time but as of now I can't say I'd come back unless it was a basic pedicure with no add ons. read more

When I called to book my appointment, I described what I would be getting, and I was EXTREMELY specific with what I was wanting. I asked for a price quote. Over the phone, I was told my nails would cost 60 dollars, but in person I was charged 75 dollars and told, "You're lucky I didn't charge you for the length." The nail technicians were incredibly rude and not helpful. I do not recommend. read more

I went in on a Thursday morning & was taken care of by Linda for my spa pedicure with gel polish. My feet (especially my heels) have NEVER felt so smooth & soft. The lotion that was used on my legs & feet was AMAZING! I even got a free sample of lotion (happy/unexpected surprise). The massage chair was also nice. It's not a jumble of multiple buttons. I liked the simple options & being able to customize the location & intensity of the massage. It's too bad I don't live in the area. Otherwise, Luxx Nail Spa would be my go-to place. During my pedicure my nail tech took a huge chunk out of the top of my foot with the pumice stone because he wasn't paying attention. Also, after only two days my gel polish lifted off of my big toe. read more

The vibe was not great but I loved the result. As an infrequent nail salon customer, I find the experience odd and here they really seemed to think I should know exactly what colors I wanted, quickly or without looking. I guess most of their clientele are regulars and used to the routine. The gel manicure that I got lasted chip free for more than 3 weeks--it was definitely a problem of being grown out before anything else! No more gel manicures on my toes as that really lasts forever and is super tough to remove on my own. It was clean, but not a particularly friendly experience. read more

Great experience. I have thin nails and thin skin so I always expect to be cut at my nail appointments. But not this time! My nail tech was so gentle and focused. I really appreciate the attention to detail. The kind woman who did my toes was very patient and also had great attention to detail. Friday the March 17 was my second time going to this salon. The first time was during the grand opening and it felt decent enough. This time very disappointed. 2 days later while on vacation gel nails started cracking to the point I had to cut 2 of my nails and the rest of my nails look so bumpy. I got my nails done on February 14th and loved this salon! I called beforehand to ask a few questions about the prices and to make an appointment and I was accommodated really well! Service was great, everyone was very nice and attentive when I got there and I got sat down right at my appointment time. The place is very nice on the inside and everything is nicely organized. I got a full french gel set manicure and emma did such a good job, she was so sweet and kept asking me questions along the way to see if I liked how they were turning out, loved her! Overall really enjoyed my visit here and will be coming back! They also gave me a flower when I payed because of Valentines Day and I thought that was so sweet!! read more

I visited yesterday for the first time. What an wonderful experience!! Management is helpful and pleasant. Clean and very professional place. Ivy did my nails and she is excellent!!Linda did my ped and she is gentle, I have been to many salons in the area and this is the BEST!!!!!!! Went back to get a fresh set of dip and my nail tech was Ken and he did amazing on my nails. he was a perfectionist and didn't skip and single step or detail and did exactly what i wanted my nails to look like. Also they were playing the best 90's vibes. highly recommend this nail place if you want quality. read more

Everything is amazing!!!! If you're looking for a nail salon in the area, this is it! We didn't have an appointment but were in seats within 15 minutes. The ladies that did our nails (Linda and Emma) were as kind as can be but also so fun!! The whole atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff is so kind! read more

This salon is so clean and beautiful! I showed Ivy a picture of what I wanted and she was able to recreate it perfectly. My only concern is the thickness of the glue under the pearl embellishments that's pretty noticeable but other than that I'm obsessed with these nails. Will be going again! read more

Went in for a polish change and my bill was over $40.00. I have used them many times but this time was horrible and also they put a tip without asking said it was part of service. That will be the last time I ever go there and its close to me to use. ER read more
