Wow I just had the worst experience at this joint and I had to walk out due to how rude the owner treated me in a store full of customers. I originally arrived at 1 pm but noticed they were pretty busy so asked to make an appt. for 45 minutes later since I had a few things to do. I walked in a few minutes before the appointment and the owner asked me to pick a color. I did so and was just standing around because I did not want to sit. Ten minutes after the appt time she told me to sit again and I asked her how much longer. After some eye rolling and disgusted looks she told me "the chair will be ready when it's ready so SIT down". A few more rude words were shared beyond that and I was appalled that someone would treat me that way and just left. Wow wow wow. Good luck if you go there. That was quite the experience. What a waste of money. For $33 I expected a great pedicure but instead got one that I could have done myself at home. The employee barely filed my nails and pumiced my feet for all of about 10 seconds. On top of this, the staff is more than obnoxious. When I walked in, the nail stations were full and I was greeted by someone but no one even looked my way and I had no idea where to direct my response. While having my service done I had to listen to the employee next to me talk nonstop about a family issue while her client politely chimed in a lot of "uh huhs" and "ya's". She seemed like she could've used some peace and quiet as well. After the main portion of my pedicure, the employee left without a word and someone else came to paint my nails. Once finished, I was told to wait and let them dry but no one came to check on me. After 15 minutes I decided to leave. I walked to the front to pay and someone who seemed like she might be the owner called for the girl who had done the pedicure. She never came to the front even though it was clear that she knew I was waiting because she yelled out how much I owed, so after a few minutes of waiting, someone else came to run my credit card. The service here was atrocious! The girl who did my pedicure was so rude it was out of control. Cursing constantly, saying how much she hates her job and the people she works with were idiots. Rudest girl I've ever met and was very nervous for her to work on my toes. While I don't mind a sassy personality, it can make the experience more fun, this girl was over the top. For others sake, I hope she did what she said she was going to do and quit. My friend was also getting a pedicure and asked for a very simple design on her big toe, two red lines to look like a baseball, and the woman told her no because there were to many people. There were 4 others in the place that were all being taken care of by other employees and no one waiting. I've never been somewhere that they say no to what a regular customer asks for. They did not paint my toes very well, so I had to go out afterwards and buy the polish to redo my nails. The building is very nicely decorated and their equipment appears to be top of the line, but that's not worth anything when you have horrific employees. read more

The only reason I'm giving one star besides the fact that I have to is because the nail technical that partially worked on my nails was kind. My friend and I went in together. She made the appointment for a fill for herself and then an appointment for me for a full set. The wait time was fine. It was relatively busy. They sat my friend and I down at The same time on different ends of the salon. The tech working on my nails was very nice but didn't fully understand what I wanted. I told her several times I wanted a set and wanted length to the nail.. But not too long. She prepped my nail and started painting with gel. I had picked out a color to put on my nails. She started to paint my actual nail with the color I chose! She did not put on the set at all. After telling her I again, wanted a full set. She went to put me at a different station. That's fine it was a misunderstanding apparently. The manager SUE was awful! She looked at me and said "you must not have told her what you wanted, she speaks very good English!" She was extremely rude about it. She had NO customer service skills at all. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. They need a new manager bc sue is obviously terrible at her job. A simple, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding would have been good instead of blaming me, the customer and saying her worker speaks good English. read more

This had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a mani/pedi. The first time I was there the person doing mine apparently hated her job and didn't mind telling you about it. She was very unprofessional and did not do a good job on my gel manicure. I called to complain and they said they would fix it for free. I made an appointment and went back in the next day. They had a bridal party that day which they forgot to mention and I had to wait 30 min for anyone to start on me. When I walked in I was told to take off my polish and I explained I had never had a gel one before and didnt know what to do. She said put foil on and put it in the bowls. What bowls, am I just supposed to look everywhere for them as there werent any out?! They never did apologize for the bad manicure/service from the first time and I just felt lucky to escape. I am going on two weeks with the manicure but will not be going back. When I pay that kind of money, I want a nice relaxing atmosphere and a god mani/pedi not stress! On a side note, my friend had one done at the same time and her girl was awesome! read more

If you are looking for a place for a nice mani/pedi and want to be treated like $hit this is the place for you! Regardless of the language barrier and cultural differences, rude is rude and the owner, Sue, knows exactly what she is saying and doing. Too bad. She really ruined what could have been a great experience. They are also VERY shady when you pay by debit card. They make you put half of the charge as the tip. I'm assuming this is a way to cheat the IRS somehow. It has been years since I worked for tips, but I'm assuming they do not have to claim taxes on tips? IDK, but it made me even more uncomfortable. While I'm satisfied with my nails, everytime I look at them I am reminded of my miserable experience. With all of the other nail places out there, I'd recommend that you try somewhere else where you might have better luck of getting an ounce of respect and be shown some gratitude for choosing to spend your hard earned money there. read more
