Really nice staff. I gave 4 stars because of how helpful staff have been everytime I go in. The items are on the expensive side, but for service and convenience it might be okay. Also at my last visit, the staff member incorrectly told me that ALL of their dildos are silicone when I asked for help finding the silicone labeled items. But there are for sure TPE (listed), and so I must assume PVC items as well, on display. read more

Well organized shop with good variety, though VERY overpriced. Could easily get this merchandise online for much cheaper. Also, the parking lot is NOT safe. A man was eyeballing me around the shop and followed me out of the store, AT NIGHT, trying to ask me questions and followed me to my car. I started speedwalking away from him and the faster i went, the faster he followed/chased me till I rushed inside the car and slammed the door, he hovered for a second then left. I booked it out of there. Fucking terrifying. I do NOT feel safe around this store and will not return. I also agree with the review saying they should play music. Came to get a bachelorette gift. After staring at the countless toys on the wall, the cool Black dude stepped up to help me find what I Vegas looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have what I came to get, but he did try to up sell me on a few other items. He was educated on the items and was pleasant to work with. So everytime I come to Fremont I love love love coming to the store. Definitely not the biggest L'Amour Shoppe compared to the other ones, but by far the best customer service ever. Gary is without a doubt the sweetest and most helpful employee ever. He always makes you feel very comfortable which is nice when you go into one of these stores. Mason on the weekends is also super knowledgeable and sweeter than a pixie stick. You guys are awesome and I highly recommend any night of the week going in to see either one of them. ive experienced bad service before and gave them the benefit of the doubt but nothing like this. Upon entering, my friends and I were never greeted all the staff member did was get off his phone and stand up. My friend and her BF found a toy they wanted but wanted to pay with cash so they went to the nearest bank to cash out. As my BF and I waited for them we continued to browse bc we didn't really have anything in mind to get. A few minutes later the dude behind the counter yelled out "you have 5 more minutes" I looked at my phone bc I thought it was closing time but it was only 7. I explained that we were waiting for my friends and he continued to state "you've been browsing for 15 minutes". So my BF and I left furious. But it was fine, our go to shop in Vegas has a much much larger selection with better quality, with products made in USA, and customer service that will actually acknowledge us and respect us. I had no idea that little Fremont had it's own little naughty store. I had to go and visit. Nothing impressive about this store at all. You gotta go into these adult stores with a sense of humor and hope the place has a fun vibe. It was more like a dirty old man vibe because the store was hidden and didn't have a very welcoming feel. It had all the things you would expect from an adult store like porn, lubes and vibrators, but it still felt like it was the bare minimum. Where is the fun? I want to see interesting stuff that will make me giggle and amuse me. If I wanted to be amused, I'll just go to Leather Masters in San Jose. At least I'll walk away with photo props from that store. Horrible service. I went there last night to not even be looked at. I went straight to the counter because I knew what I wanted. The guy behind the counter didn't even look at me. He was playing games on his computer and phone and did not pay attention to me at all. My boyfriend was walking around and I'm standing at the counter for 7 minutes and not even a greeting. I would terminate him as he causes that store to lose customers. Horrible service, no service. I left and he still said nothing. He wouldn't take his eyes off his game. read more
