I go to this place for my vice ("Zyn" pouches) and herbal energy drinks. I used to come here quite regularly when my wife was using "vape" so I'd come purchase her nicotine solution & paraphernalia for her vape device. On the topic of paraphernalia; rather unfortunately & regrettably I cannot partake in cannabis until I retire from work. (6yrs, 7mos, 14 days - not like I'm counting or anything. Best place I've found here so far. The staff is always great and very helpful. The shop is roomy and they have a gigantic selection of juices, mods and all accessories. They are always having a sale in specific juice. One downside is it's pretty vape filled. I've walked in and literally not been able to see because of all the vape haze. So, to sum it up - I came in looking for a small pen like a Kanger tech - those obviously don't sell anymore so this place only had average (large) to huge pens. - after great customer service from Doug, I ended up buying a smaller brand new mod and hella juices on sale (total $94) - there was no one around so he spent like 20 minutes taking us step by step on how to get a new one started since I was new to these fancy coils etc - took it home, noticed it was getting really hot in my hand and that some of the liquid was getting in the coil and going in my mouth. With plans to take it in the next day already, the thing explodes in my hand. ( right where the glass hits the battery was extremely hot and a huge chunk of the glass shot off towards my face.) - I was upset but honestly just realistic about electronics and bummed and took it back to get the glass replaced ( thought the least they could do was give me a free $7 part) - showed the guy the pen (brand new no scuffs) and he accused me of dropping it and trying to get a free part off him... really.. I just spent $94 dollars here... - ended up buying the new part, really upset etc - that night it started heating up really bad again and I was scared that it might explode again... - my boyfriend was nice enough to take it in for me and sure enough Doug was there... he took it apart and put a new coil in...totally took care of us Now my pen works totally fine... If anything goes wrong (which is not the stores fault... things happen when these are made and I'm lucky I didn't get glass in the eye...) go to Doug... he actually cares and will make it right. The other guys didn't seem to care at all that the product he just sold me exploded in my hand and forced me to buy another part for it which as well could have exploded if I didn't have a weird feeling and bring it back in... This store is the best. They have a huge selection, knowledgable staff and it's the best all around vape shop I've found. I've bought pens and liquids here for the past year and half. They have a better selection of liquids than any other, and they have good pens as well. A lot of other stores sell junk in my opinion. I've also had problems dropping the pen or something and it malfunctions, they are always helpful in fixing it or helping in any way with operator error I may have. I've spent quite some money at this vendor however the last product I purchased was defective. Upon bringing this up to the clerk, he offered a 10% discount towards my replacement with a proof of receipt. This is not good business practice as I understand their have no control of their supplier return chain. #1: receipt was declined during my trips therefore I cannot produce one. How difficult is it to find it in your system? I certainly recall tipping you 10% on my purchase. #2: 10% off to take a chance on another defective product? I'll save the couple of dollars and will take my chances to another business who values their customers. To the business owner, work things out with your vendors to supply quality products that allows for you to return defective products back. This will help alleviate the awkward policy that you've set in place. I understand you're a small business however repeat business and referrals will help you. In this case this has done just the opposite. Anyone looking at shopping here, please ask for a receipt as they can be friendly when you spend money with them but turn their backs to you when the products they carry fail. read more

I came in and was helped by SAM. Super helpful guy (he's also one of the owners). He answered a lot of questions I had about vaping. I walked out with a new patriot atomizer which he set up for me, cyber e-liquid Supernova flavor, and new cotton wick on my old atomizer all for about $30 with the yelp discount. After about 15 minutes, I came back because the new patriot atomizer wasn't hitting properly. Sam explained why it was doing that and taught me how to fix it! It's been working perfectly since then. I just came from this place, and all the yelpers are right about this place being a top notch place. Went in looking for a spare battery since mine died during lunch. Walked in and asked if they have a charged battery, and sure enough they got a bunch of batteries being charged. Awesome! Walked out with juices comparable to epic juices Apple Jax and Banana Nut. Talk about finding treasure. I was at Dales Hardware across the street buying my spring gardening stuff and saw this place And that was only after I stopped at the Taco Truck across the street. They have a tiny banner on the back of the building. They have a sign on the front of course, but it is small and hard to notice on a street with tall mature trees. I walked in to the shop and it was cavernous as far as vape shops go. It was filled with clouds. I enjoy that, but it might intimidate some older customers that are trying to get off of analogs. I recommended a ceiling fan to help disperse the fog. Walking through the cloud, I was welcomed by a large sofa and 2 large TV's One was on and had the ESPN on with volume off. They had ambient background music going on in the background. There were some heads there that looked like regulars, lounging and working on their mods. I suspect they were the ones responsible for the pea soup hanging in the air. On to the counter. They have the typical glass counters you would see at any shop. Then they had one nice tall one where you can saddle up and do your sampling or just hang out and shoot the breeze. I was greeted by Munvir, I found him to be laid back and knowledgeable, if not a bit distracted (text messaging) at times. They offer a wide variety of juice. There were 4 brands from what I could tell. As a customer, you want as many options as possible, and they say they are working on bringing in new lines. They definitely have stock when it comes to the basics, but their cabinets looked a bit sparse in my opinion. It may just be preference, but I like to be bombarded with new cool different things to buy. Yes, I get it, everybody has ego pens. Show me something NEW! I will not hold this against them as far as rating though. They have some pretty good artwork on the walls that are done by an employee. The guy doing it is named Miles. He walked in about an hour after I got there and greeted me with a smile. It seems that he was some sort of tech there, aka the guy that drills the holes and rebuilds coils. The other owner came in halfway through my visit, and I found him to be very enthusiastic about the scene in general. I forgot his name. Sorry bud. All in all, this is a great shop right in Fremont. I just came from this shop and picked up a Nimbus RDA clone(had it bored), a Trident RDA clone & 3 juices(1 for 50% off) i found this to now be the closest shop to my house. Good prices, a lot of things on stock. Not many Mechanical mods on display but maybe in the future they will. Plenty of Juice options especially some great premiums like Suicide Bunny, Uncle Junk's, etc. The service was great and I didn't feel uptight once and wasn't thrown a thousand "just let me know" questions.
