Even after trying a level 4 bed (that I feel left no results) she pushed for me to buy a package. After telling me that my first tan would be free, because I did not buy a package she charged me for a session. Decided to come back a second time and see how it went. Tried a level 2 bed the second time and the bed would not turn on. After assistance from the front end girl I got comfortable in the bed and TEN bulbs were burned out. Got dressed and back to the front desk. She then put me in a bronzing bed and again, no results. I won't be back and I won't recommend this place to anyone. If you're going to charge so much for packages update your beds and keep the bulbs fresh already.

Today I went and she said I need to buy more sessions even though I have several left. Recently she put a sign up that I need to use my sessions in 6 months. She was closed for a long time due to Covid but I never got credit for it. After questioning her, she screamed at me in front of several other customers. I will never go back. I usually go with 2 other people and now she lost all 3 of us. Remember this when your landlord comes knocking in the winter months wanting rent money

I found this place pretty clean, the beds are nice and the rooms are a good size. When walking through, there are huge spray tan beds in the way which is kind of annoying. And you have to pay for makeup wipes whereas every tanning place I have been tanning (8 years of experience) has had at least baby wipes to clean off or wipe off makeup. Also, the tanning packages are at a decent price especially if you are a student, however, you will have to buy 3 month packages regardless. Which for me, doesn't work so well. The woman I signed up with my tanning package was great!
