I am very disappointed in this place, my daughter came in to get a membership for a month and they told her it would be a one time up charge to start, my daughter got billed an extra $20 dollars today and they are talking about an extra fee. This is ridiculous the girls are very rude there other than maybe two, and they just scam and take your money. The quality is okay, but the workers and service is very dissatisfying and I will not be paying this again. read more

It was my first time and there is minimal places to tan in Morgantown, plus all the hype about this place. I bought a membership and the price was right the lotion was pretty high priced! Once I got out of the bed my back, butt, and back of my legs were on fire. I was assured them at my tanning lotion did not have a tingle in it, however I was on fire! After talking to the employees I was told that the client before me uses a tingle lotion, which means my bed was not cleaned or sanitized well enough. I could have been seriously injured, via allergy or burn. This was not ok!!! read more

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon to try a spray tan, the place was very clean, organized and the employee was great. Her name was Chandler if I remember right. She was very thorough with registering me and answering all my questions. She took me to the back of the booth and explained the whole process and demonstrated the positions. I had a coupon from their site which gave me a free spray. I am very happy with the results she recommended and the customer service. They do offer memberships for unlimited tanning and sprays so it is something worth checking out. I will definitely be back. A spray tan will last 5-7 days and costs $24 and takes about 5 minutes. I do wish they had the sticky pads to put on your feet so the bottom of your feet don't become so dark. read more

I have unlimited spray tan package and have been a customer since April 2017. It's always clean. Sometimes the room isn't stocked, missing either towels or barrier cream, but usually it's good. The staff is generally fine, though sometimes I get a less helpful or not-so-friendly person. Also on the expensive side. Overall a good place. Cleanliness is the most important priority for me. read more

So this is a little long, I've been going to this sun tan city for years. The staff is awesome and the tans but their corporate isn't. I had a spray tan membership but it was canceled without my knowledge, I called Customerservice and they said I hadn't gone in a while so they canceled it, but all the spray tans I hadn't used were still there to use bc I paid for them. So I've been using them until yesterday, now I can't use them anymore bc of my account. So I have over $300 worth of spray tans that I paid for and they are erasing them after they already said I could continue to use them. I called customer service and now am given a completely different story. My account was closed bc the credit card on file had expired, not bc I wasn't going and those spray tans I bought are now gone. I didn't realize that I needed to update the credit card info bc they never notified me. So I asked if I made my account active, could I use my previous spray tans, they said no. I feel this is deception and poor customer service. I paid for those spray tans and can't use them. So they lied to me when I initially called about why my account was closed and using all those spay tans. Or they can just change policies on a whim. read more

I went there in hopes of getting a spray tan. The spray tan was $36, which I was fine with the cost but then I sat there waiting for 45 minutes to receive a spray tan. While I was waiting, 3 girls came in together and one went immediately back for their spray tan while I sat waiting in waiting area. Then the other two proceeded to get called back before me for their spray tans. I went to ask the front desk why the other girls got their spray tan before me even though I had been waiting there the longest (and the only person sitting waiting) and the front desk girl explained that they checked in on the app which put them higher on the list in front of me. I asked "how can you check in as here on the app when you are not physically in the salon ?" She replied you can check in from anywhere and say you are there when in actuality you are nowhere near the salon. You could be sitting at your house watching tv and check in and be next in line as soon as you walk in salon, while someone else who is physically sitting waiting in the salon will be at the bottom. Needless, to say the system is severely flawed and I will never be returning for a spray tan. read more
