Run!!!!! we hired Lee to complete a porch repair which still isn't complete. He started the job, came for a few hours sporadically. When texted he states he 's coming and then never shows up. THIS GUY! So I hired him to do a fence and a concrete pad! Let's start with the fence. The sub-contractor that he had doing the fence was a good guy. My problem was they wanted to work until 11 pm at night. I contacted the Contractor himself right before they finished the fence and told him some boards needed to be replaced and fixed. he told me that he would get it done (still not complete 9-16-2023). he charged me for a new fence while providing me with old old door frame (see pictures). Now the concrete pad. As you can see from the pictures. horrible JOB. I am still waiting for him to finish this crap. First of all yes, I stated the job was complete (mind you, it was completely dark outside). The next day, I told him that I was not satisfied and that the concrete was not done correctly. it has bumps and rocks on the top surface. He then went on to tell me that he needed to order a special material to make the finish smooth (Aug 2). He did not return to correct the job until August 9. When he came it was late in the evening and he used standard top leveling concert ( mind you this is what he originally told me he was using and he used regular concrete). The next day I sent him 2 pictures with puddles of water (Aug 10) and he said he would get back out to fix it. On Aug 24, I texted him again for an update as to when he was coming, he stated tomorrow or Saturday (Aug 25 or 26). As of September 16, I still have not seen or heard from him. I texted him on the 16th and he read the message with no response. So on the 18th, I started doing research only to find out that I am not the only person with this problem. According to Google, yelp, and the BBB, this is an ongoing issue. Looking over a BBB complaint that was filed, a lot of lies are told and I have the text messages to prove it. He also leaves his workers on site for hours and hours. STAY AWAY. I have contacted the Secretary of State and if you have issues you should too. I will be pursuing a full refund. read more

Where do I start? Lee is a con man. He talked a great game, put effort in at first but his work is shady at best. He does not know what he is doing. I gave him half of what was supposed to be $7500 job. When he started working, all he brought were 2 toilets. He didnt have the front door to install, the flooring, the paint or the shower. What did you do with $3750 Lee? I never received the shower or front door. He kept asking for a "draw" on the remaining money and I gave him more money. He didnt give more work though. He said our carpet needed to be replaced and asked for a $1600 deposit for that which I gave. No new carpet either. He tore out my bathroom and then tried to charge us for junk removal. He tried to charge extra to seal the roof. I gave him 8100 in total and all he did was put flooring In the second bathroom which is lifting off of the floor, install a new toilet in that bathroom and "fix" the shower which is now leaking through the walls. He asked me for some more money and I finally told him no. He has not returned to complete anything else and I think he blocked my number. Oh, and he tried to put a new lock on my front door and has messed up the frame. Now all of it has to be replaced. I had to pay another company to come a remove all of the junk he threw in my yard. I take accountability for allowing him to take advantage of me. His rating on thumbtack was 4.2 I should have searched Google too. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They are unreliable, have poor communication, and once they have your money, finishing the job becomes less important. They began a sun porch remodel and roof replacement on 7/5/23 and as of today's date 9/11/23, they haven't completed the work. The owner asked me for a final payment on 7/27/23, promising to return the following day and complete the project, but as of today's date 9/11/23, the work still hasn't been completed. The owner only has one person, that I've seen, who knows what he's doing, and is conscientious. He has had to redo work performed by others because of incompetence. I will continue to warn other consumers about this company. read more
