We have had to put down a few pets, and staff were always compassionate (you do have to pay in advance, I assume folks - not us - have run out on their bills before?). Our puppy's recent spay/hernia procedure went over budget (they couldn't complete it in one visit because her temperature dropped), but they worked with us to correct her bill. At the end of the day, it's a business, and good vet care costs money. Very Happy with their services. Dr. Palmer is the best!

Today we said goodbye to our boy far too soon, but cancer does not care about age. We were shown such care and compassion. Everything was handled lovingly. The Drs that he saw regularly came in to say goodbye. They made a heartbreaking time as gentle as possible. I will never go to another vet!

Now she has opened her own business and we could not be happier. Robyn really loves animals and is the most patient and thorough groomer you can imagine. Our dog is part Chow so he is very fluffy and has a Chow's temperament. This means he is very difficult to groom and he does not let just anyone even touch him, but he loves Robyn. We once tried to take him somewhere else and they were unable to finish grooming him. Robyn only does one dog at a time so there is less stress for the animal and it takes much less time to complete. She also does not use cages. While our dog dries she plays with him and bonds with him. You will not get this kind of service elsewhere and for such a bargain of a price. I cannot recommend Lucky Pooch Grooming enough.
