The staff is all caring and understanding from the front counter staff, to the techs to the vets. Our dog does not like being confined or feet touched but the staff was able to cut our dogs nails and look at her torn dewclaw without issue. I could not speak higher of this office. They are able to get you in usually the same day if needed. They have provided exceptional care to our dog since switching to them.

I used the Vet for my dogs for years and recently received substandard care. My dog had an ear…read moreinfection. I was charged a phenomenal amount and was not told prior to presenting me with the bill. When I went back for the checkup, again I was overcharged and was prescribed the same medication that wasn't effective the first time. I had to take my dog to an animal clinic to get the ear infection cleared up, spending a total of over $1300. I have since changed Vets, and was charged less than $100 for a new visit with two vaccines. My advice is, make good choices and ask questions, even if you trusted them in the past.

I told her I wanted his nails clipped and he was supposed to get bathed, well the next day we showed up to get him and he was terrified. The first thing i noticed was the smell, he smelled like was a rancid carcass, following that I asked if he got a bath the girl lied straight to my face then sprayed him with a doggie cologne, then I looked at his nails she literally cracked and split his nails she only did two and he never had issues before he was boarded now my dog is terrified of a nail grinder and freaks out anytime we take him somewhere. When we picked him up you could tell he was stressed and it makes my blood boil that someone would neglect my baby like that

My dogs had a great time and Amanda even worked with us as we were driving through during weird hours. I could not have asked for more and would even drive over 90 min to board my dogs there again since it was so much better than local options (I live in northern VA.)

Kat was reliable, efficient, and immediately struck up a trusting connection with our 'boys'. It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. I will look no further next time we need cat care. We also loved the photos and updates we got each day....it helped us relax much better while away!

We decided to try home care with three visits each day. One of my labs is very nervous with strangers. They were like dog whispers. They did an amazing job. They also provided pictures and updates from each visit. We got home and they were so happy. I could not be more grateful.
