But I am telling you, don't trust any place else with your dog. The grooming is also good too. I set my dog up with a shampoo and cut on the day or two before we come home... and it's great. Just great. Prices are also very cheap. For what you get.... a healthy dog back. I have had OTHER places return my dog sick and with huge vet bill for service and meds. NEVER has my dog come home perfectly fine like he does from Posh Pet. It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

It was challenging work for her, because she had to administer an inhaler treatment twice a day to one of the cats, Marlow, despite not having known him before. She did an absolutely wonderful job. He was actually in better shape and coughing less, after we came home than before we left. Both cats looked happy and relaxed. The cat area was left clean and tidy. We boarded our almost 2yo chocolate lab here for 5 days. On the morning of pickup, they finally…read moreinformed us that he had stopped eating for two days and was having diarrhea. He was having so much diarrhea he was bleeding from his rectum and he had sores on his mouth and was severely dehydrated. We were told that no one called us because they didn't think it was an emergency that we would need to come back early for... We immediately took him to the vet where he stayed for 3 nights for testing, blood work, IV fluids and antibiotics. Poor communication and care from the grooming room resulted in a $4,300 vet bill and emotional/mental stress for our family and dog.
