Great experience from end to end and beyond. Awesome Experience! I reached out to L and L about a bike I was interested in after a week and half of working with my bank on another one and them not able to get me the terms I wanted. L and L made the process so much easier! He had the relationship with his bank/ finance company to get the terms worked out easily, he had a few financing options for me, and ever offered lay-a-way for the down payment! I picked up the bike after a couple weeks and it was as described. Great milage, no dents, dings, or signs of damage! Overall a great experience! I've never been a huge fan of dealing with dealerships. I always end up with a pushy salesman that just wants money and doesn't care about the customer. At L and L, I didn't get a sales rep...I worked directly with the owner. His wealth of knowledge of his merchandise and the buying process was amazing. L&L had a good selection of bikes for both beginners and experienced riders, pricing is pretty fair and all the used bikes they had available were in great condition. Jerry was super helpful in getting me set up, and financing through them was an easy experience that got me a pretty good rate that doesn't break the bank. Great experience getting my first bike. I have randomly found this shop while putting gas in nearby gas station and while waiting I decided to walk in and left with a great deal on my first bike. Jeff really knows how to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. It was always very easy to speak to speak to a real person and not a robot. My experience with Jerry was hassle free and almost get like I was buying from a friend. While visiting the dealership, I looked at all the motorcycles he had to offer and they all were in really mint condition with extremely low miles and a more than fair price that's just almost impossible to find anywhere else. Using the dealership financing produced an interest rate that was on par with my bank but slightly better.
