So we head around the corner to the "intimidating" Big Tire Store afraid of what we'd find. Let me tell you, we were so happy to find the most caring staff that took care of our issue QUICKLY and got us back on the road SAFELY to be with our family in time. 2 things, 1-if they were closer to home they would be my regular tire shop, 2-if my regular tire shop at home ever fails me I'll be driving to Orangeburg for their services. A good tire shop with good service is very hard to find. To find it in an Emergency situation is practically unheard of!

He insisted we own a Honda Accord. We own a Fit. We gave him our papers from the purchase. He got frazzled once he saw we had the paperwork. He obviously did not expect us to have proof of purchase. They wouldn't try patching the tire correctly and we had to get a new tire. The warranty didn't cover much on a new tire. The attitude of the clerk was that he didn't recognize us from two hours earlier. It seemed as if he was trying his best not to cover us. We won't be buying any tire here in the future. Ford's was able to order me a tire and get it installed within 3 hours. My wife really appreciated the clean facility and friendly service. There was a clear agreement regarding compensation for services rendered, and we upheld our end of that agreement. Payment methods and branding were discussed between both parties, and at no point were concerns formally raised or resolved before payment was withheld. If there were issues or misunderstandings, we were and still are open to addressing them professionally. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, our calls and emails went unanswered, and the agreed-upon payment was not made. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally rather than through public comments.
