I immediately decided to call the nearest dealership, which happened to be Superior Honda in Orangeburg, S.C. I spoke with a service advisor named Deanna. Right away, I sensed a certain shortness in her tone, which made it uncomfortable to schedule an appointment. Still, after checking our schedules, we agreed on April 28, 2025. 1 thought, perhaps she was just having a bad day. However, when my daughter arrived for the appointment, she called me from the service desk and said she felt very uncomfortable. She mentioned that Deanna was not particularly warm or welcoming.
