They are very fast and offer same day dry cleaning if you get there before 9AM, and if not, it will still be ready by next day. One time, they called to let me know one of my shirts would not be ready for one extra day because they noticed a stain on it and wanted to make sure they got it out, which I greatly appreciated. I have never dropped off any female clothes such as dresses, so I can't comment on that. However, I have been satisfied with all the mens clothing I have ever taken there. Staff is also incredibly friendly, and always fun to chat with. The space is also very clean and modern, and they have complimentary water and coffee for customers. I have not been to a ton of other places in the area, so I am not sure how the pricing compares, but from what I can tell the pricing is pretty reasonable. Overall, very satisfied with this place.
