I prepaid and after coming to pick the coat up, the stains were still there. The guy said, leave it and let me try it again. I came back the next day and the same. The stains were still there. I informed them that was the reason I brought it in and he refused to give me a refund. His reasoning was that they make it smell nice and can't guarantee to get the stains out. I don't care about the smell nice, I wanted the stains out. They'll never get my business again.

When I brought this to the owner's attention, she said she didn't know how it happened and offered me a discount. After I paid, I explained that the covers still needed to be fixed since they had been damaged during cleaning. She then told me that because she had given me a discount, I had essentially accepted the mistake. I disagreed, as these covers are very expensive and should have been cleaned properly the first time. She set aside seven damaged covers and told me they would be ready in three days. She also stated that if she was able to fix them, I would need to pay the difference from the original price because she corrected the issue. I explained that I should not be charged extra to fix a mistake that occurred during the original service. When I returned, the discoloration had been corrected, but the covers had not been pressed. I was told to come back the next day after 5 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, I was told they still weren't ready because they were busy and to return in 30 minutes. After waiting, four of the seven covers were still not properly pressed and remained very wrinkled. Although she offered to press them again, I declined because I was tired of making repeated trips. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of accountability and customer service. At no point did the owner apologize for damaging my items or for the multiple delays. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. While the discoloration was eventually fixed, the entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and handled unprofessionally. And tried to make me feel as though she deserved to get paid full price for ruining my covers. Between the damage to my covers, multiple return trips, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability, this was not the level of service I expected. Based on my experience, I would not return.
