I was told by Chris that my crankshaft oil seal needed to be replaced as well as a mount. He quoted me & I agreed to have it fixed. I picked it up & the next day I saw that it was still leaking oil, so I gave them a call & they said to bring it back the next morning. I was told that the leak was residual oil so I had my dad to call them to verify that. My dad was told it was some other issues that were causing the oil leak as well. I was led to believe that it was only ONE problem so I only fixed ONE problem. The said issues would be around $800 more. Being told just a day later that there's other issues is beyond me. I would have never paid to have gotten a car fixed with 233k had I know all these things were wrong from the beginning. The only thing Howard offered me was a "Sorry". So I'm out $380 & my car is STILL leaking oil! I will never do business here again.

After I called the owner, he absolutely denied under the driver seat and told me it's from "wear". He did have his guys replace the cup holder part but I really don't like that he denied the carpet. I understand they don't want to be liable but i wish he at least talked to the employees that worked in my truck or something.
