Philip was AWESOME and took care of me, showed me where there may have been damage and gave me a full report in an hour. Not only that while I was on the call with the sales rep from the out of state dealer negotiating based on what Philip and his guys found, Philip actually went out and double checked something on the car and gave me his thoughts while negotiating. I wouldn't have bought the car without his help. And he let us sign the papers in the waiting room, even printed out some copies of paperwork from the out of state dealer to help us. All this to say, in my experience they are honest, well priced and very helpful. If you need a trustworthy, go to auto shop, this is it. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
