Low and behold the car was finished and I could come and pick it up. I don't expect to get anything for free but between the initial verbal quote and lack of call back the cost increased by three hundred dollars. Reviewing the work order convinced me never to return. There was a charge for flushing the brake fluid when in fact they didn't.
