I had to deal with my stupid bank taking almost 6 months to send me my title (moved from Nevada to here and it's a whole mess of title holding state vs non title holding state) Each employee that helped me with out of state vehicle transfers took 30 minutes or less from start to finish with transferring title and handing me plates.

We opted for the office closest to our house which is the Fairdale branch. There are plenty of free parking spaces in the lot. Once we entered the office the waiting room was full. We took the next number which was 39 and found a seat to wait. The number being served was 17. It was about a 45 minute wait. Daymara was the clerk who assisted us. She was friendly, polite and effieient. She had to fax the info to Frankfort to have the title released from the finance company and said it would take 5 to 10 minutes. She asked us to step aside so she could assist another customer while we waited for a response from Frankfort. Once she finished with the next customer she promptly called us back to her window and completed the necessary paperwork and we were done. Kind of a hassle to spend an hour when our transaction literally took 2 minutes but that is the process.

I have helped with a food pantry there and the multiple doors aided the workers and patrons. Currently I attend a weekly rec class in the gym. It is spacious and adequately lit. There are restrooms available. I would like to see the floor cleaned more frequently as it gets dirty and slippery. The whole building could use an upgrade but it's useable until then.

I believe that a little over ninety people attended. The venue was nice. The only negative thing that I have to say, which didn't have anything to do with the meetup itself, but it was with the concern of leaving the building. Once leaving, a group of us decided to take the stairs because there was only 1 elevator. We was on the 4th floor. Once we got to the 1st floor to exit the building , the door was locked. So, we had to walk back to the 4th floor, which once we got there, that door was also locked, so we was trapped in the staircase. Luckily, people was still waiting on the elevator and they heard us knocking. To me, that was very dangerous. But, besides that, I enjoyed the venue and the meetup.

I was interested in updating my review based on the ease in arranging for an absentee ballot to vote in the upcoming election since I will be out of town on the early voting days and on Election Day. My husband and I both separately filled out our request for an Absentee Ballott and submitted it online. Three days later we received our ballots in the mail. Before we had a chance to fill in our ballots we received an email message that one local item was worded incorrectly and that a new ballot would be sent out right away. The replacement ballott was received promptly. We have now filled out our ballots and they will be dropped off in the Clerk's Office indoor drop box tomorrow. Thanks for offering a variety of ways to assure each citizen can cast their vote.

I've used them several times since 2016 when…read moreI returned to the area (obtain IN drivers license from another state, transfer car to another owner / done twice for two different vehicles, switch driver license to state i'd). So, it really surprises me when I read some of the negative reviews. The employees have been very friendly, explained any relevant information in a clear and concise manner, and provided all necessary information (when items were missing, etc.) to quickly close gaps on what I needed to get accomplished. They have always been incredibly patient and often offer smiles. Some visits have been busier with customers than others. Regardless how busy they've been, it's always been obvious that the employees work diligently and as quickly as possible to meet the customers' needs and to move onto the next. The visits and wait times have never been excessively long. They provide 5 stations to take exams. The main waiting area has plenty of seating. There are two places where photos are taken - maybe one for driver's license and the other for state ids. There are approximately 6-7 employees to help with all the BMV needs. The parking is not bad. The parking lot isn't huge, but I believe is adequately sized for them. It sort of sits on a hill, so it can be a little awkward maneuvering in / out of spaces.

The first office handles help with rent/utilities/SNAP etc. The second office located in the far back of the buildings helps you get Medicaid. Don't show up around 3 pm b/c you will have to deal with several yellow school's buses and parents picking up their kids.
