I wish I could post the screen shot here of the message I got to my cell phone. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter. When they noticed that there was a greater degree of damage than initially identified, they were honest about it and gave me a new reasonable quote. They went above and beyond. Not only is he the fastest one out there to give me a price quote, his price comes in a full $900 cheaper than the next guy and a full $1,500 cheaper than the most expensive guy. He answered all my questions and texts when I was worried and did exactly what he promised, no muss no fuss. When the closing on the house sale dragged on FOREVER, he was reasonable and patient and had a good sense of humor about it. In the end, I was so glad I trusted him with my house.
